Good food decent and prices aswell. Service was a bit slowed but that was to be expected as they were very busy with the lunch crowd... Still wasn't too long of a wait though.

Great mom and pop diner amazing food comfy atmosphere Great if you're looking for a relaxing place to eat and not in a rush food came out within 10 minutes with a full dining room Even though it's small operation still great food. I ordered the Texas cheeseburger it was fantastic burger patty was cooked just right in the fries were amazing 10/10 would recommend

One of the best little greasy spoons that I've been to, I'm thinking it's a family-run business. I only came in for the coffee, but they have a wide local customer base. Which keeps them busy especially during breakfast and lunch. Next time on my way through New Carlisle I will be stopping longer for a meal. Keep up the good work ladies and may the Lord bless you in this place

If certain people could possibly read the sign when you walk in the door that clearly says ...please wait to be seated ... but instead they sit at a dirty table when 6 other tables have also walked in ( before and after ) you did we were getting killed and you just couldn't wait ya turn .. there were several times that we had this happen today and Noone else had a issue ...sorry

I went to The Diner on 8-15-25. The place was packed and one table became available when we walked in, but had to be cleaned. Instead of blocking the door we went over to the table to wait for it to be wiped off. The waitress disgustedly said “it’s not clean yet”, and then proceeded to wait on another table and not come over to clean it. I don’t know her name, but she always has an attitude. It’s not Jen, she is wonderful! We just left instead of dealing with her BS!

Seemed like we waited forever for our food n when it finally did come the bacon,sausage,and hash browns were so over cooked....the has browns were so hard it was like taken a cheese grater to your tongue....I'm good I'll hit Micky D's before going back
