Took my friend to Applebee's for their retirement/ birthday lunch we got cheese sticks and the spinach dip & chips appetizer 's and I got the fish and chips, The fish literally made me sick, It tasted like it had been thawed out then refrozen,thawed out again and sit in walk-In, and then deep fried in not clean grease and fish was mushy...NO flavor, The only thing that was good was the nice waitress....The meal was 64.00

The food was great, as usual, but our server was not as much. We were there well before the dinner rush and ordered the special, thinking that would be quick, but it took more than 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Then, 15 minutes after we asked for to-go boxes, I had to go get them myself.

Got charged for a drink we didn't order nor did we receive but manager would not take it off because we had already started to pay for the bill. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Overall a great place to eat. Jill is an great server and makes the visit more enjoyable. Chicken sandwich and gicken salad are great. Perfect margarita is really good. Can get healthy sides. Would be nice to have Coke products. I liked higher dividers between booths. Made a visit a bit more intimate/private.

Insanely disorganized staff, no one know’s what’s going on. Do not reccomend.

I’ll never eat there again. Food is nasty! And undercooked. Over priced for how terrible the quality is. The servers are like bots. Not good with customers.

The waitress was very nice and good but seemed like doing too much while others were standing around doing nothing. The food was not great not the same as it used to be. Some were barely working. We were sat at a dirty table.

Got 5 employees sitting around a table talking to a customer while I sit there for 20 minutes and never even got a drink and probably another 5 walking around looking like they are lost got served at the Mexican restaurant in 3 minutes across the street whatever you are paying these employees it’s too much place wasn’t even that busy at least 30 open tables

Most likely not their fault specifically. Had a 25 min wait for 6 people. Several tables empty. I think they just didn't have enough servers for all the tables, which seems to be a common theme these days

Food was subpar. They didn’t give me any plastic ware. I had to eat my meal with my fingers. I got Tex-Mex ranch all over my shirt. I was dumb enough to order dessert. Now my fingers are frozen from the ice cream and I have hot fudge under my nails. Lame experience. Pretty sure I heard Applebees has rats too.
