Would have 5 stars but my first experience at this individual restaurant wasn't what I expected. I of course ordered a 6oz sirloin steak with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The sides were amazing (just wish they included silverware and salt and pepper with every to go order) but the steak was more like a 2 oz steak after I got thru all the fat and gristle running thru it. I've never had a steak like that at any other Applebee's. The second time around I ordered the riblets and that was a 5 star. From here on out I will avoid the steak and go for the ribs when it comes to this in particular restaurant. Food has always been hot and staff are super helpful and friendly.

Came to visit family. We ate lunch here with one set of family and dinner with another. Both times the service was great! My only hang up was the way they prepared the honey chicken and mac/cheese. Had that for dinner and I think they forgot to dip the chicken or something so they poured the sauce over the noodles. No one wants macaroni floating in honey sauce. It was pretty nasty. However, the salmon I had for lunch was Amazing!

I ordered the chicken quesadillas and they did not taste good. No matter what I order there it never comes out right . After a couple times trying a place and it does not turn out well I never return .

We spent 1.5+ hours there... our server was nice, but quiet. We waited over an hour for food. One meal was completely left off... and not ordered. They did comp the meal. However, (and the rest of us had eaten our meal) when the meal came out it still wasn't right. Drinks were not filled, until we asked for them. We had to ask for boxes at least 3 times. The bills (7 people split 2 ways) were not right even after explaining who was on which bill. Last but not least... the draft beer is NOT cold enough! This has been a complaint of ours for awhile. It was not busy tonight, and service could have been way better.One of the managers came at the end and knew the bulls weren't right, but still didn't try to make it right. She just took the bills and one card to process it. We settled among ourselves.
