5 stars for Tiara because she was very friendly and worked her tail off cleaning the entire time we were inside! Arby's food is not what it used to be but the mozz sticks and fries were fire still.

This second visit this month my order was wrong. I said 2 classic beef and cheddar with NO red ranch. I was friendly and patient. I work food service I understand how it goes. I called store twice no answer just a loud beeping sound. Where the cheddar sauce as well. Another issue I ordered Dr. Pepper with no ice. I was give Root beer with no ice this is ridiculous. I am not seeking free meal. I just want this staff to understand they are in the wrong. No one was in line at 7pm-7:15pm in drive thru. Red ranch is gross.

The manager on evenings is AWFUL but if you get lucky and don't deal with her then it's a pleasant experience 😊 the manager is short and fluffy but ALWAYS ANGRY JUST AWFUL!! Food is decent experience with manager TERRIBLE

Only a short wait for your order. Good roast beef sandwich, crinkle fries and curley fries. Fish is good too. Manager started to bring our food to us before I could get to the counter. Awesome attitudes and service! Nice to have potato cakes back! Special Two can dine for 9.99 is hard to beat.
Prefect food! Omg it was seriously probably the best tasting food I think iv ever had! Haha idk why this time was so different from all the others but I hope it's that delicious every time!

Don't bother applying here, they use ghost jobs to an entire new level, you apply, get interviewed they tell you you're hired, then they ghost you, called over and over for a schedule but they ignore all calls or if they pick up theres a ton of feedback, it's a miracle this place stays open, especially for the trash they serve

Arby’s has the best cheese sticks, hands-down! The service at the Arby’s in New Castle is really good most of the time. Just tends to be a long wait if you go through the drive-through. The food is always hot and fresh, so I guess it is a trade-off.
I went in about a few weeks ago and the service was phenomenal. The new assistant manager was Very helpful. I can't remember her name, I struggle with memory recall. She is short and we chatted about our kids. She let me use my coupons was a smiling face, and from what I saw was running the store very smoothly. Best experience I've had In years. I would not change that up. (Just my OP) She's small in stature and she works her tail off and is doing right by her customers. I have been going back and always look forward to talking to her!
This was by far the worst Arby’s I’ve been to, I waited 30 minutes after ordering my food, 15 minutes in line. I did not get the specified order I wanted and this is the third time in a row. Something needs to be done here.
