Don't bother applying here, they use ghost jobs to an entire new level, you apply, get interviewed they tell you you're hired, then they ghost you, called over and over for a schedule but they ignore all calls or if they pick up theres a ton of feedback, it's a miracle this place stays open, especially for the trash they serve

Arby’s has the best cheese sticks, hands-down! The service at the Arby’s in New Castle is really good most of the time. Just tends to be a long wait if you go through the drive-through. The food is always hot and fresh, so I guess it is a trade-off.
I went in about a few weeks ago and the service was phenomenal. The new assistant manager was Very helpful. I can't remember her name, I struggle with memory recall. She is short and we chatted about our kids. She let me use my coupons was a smiling face, and from what I saw was running the store very smoothly. Best experience I've had In years. I would not change that up. (Just my OP) She's small in stature and she works her tail off and is doing right by her customers. I have been going back and always look forward to talking to her!
This was by far the worst Arby’s I’ve been to, I waited 30 minutes after ordering my food, 15 minutes in line. I did not get the specified order I wanted and this is the third time in a row. Something needs to be done here.

I’m gonna leave my last review up since arbys can’t get their ish together. I don’t know why our arbys changed its bread recently but we won’t be back again anytime soon. The new bread can’t make it from drive through to baker park before the whole sandwich tastes like a soggy mess. The bread is horrible because it’s soggy no matter how fast you get the food home. Disgusting.
Normally we don’t have many complaints from here but we haven’t been eating here as much since they took away the market fresh sandwiches. I’m not sure what their problem is today but my husband went through the line, checked our food and they messed up so he went back through the line and asked for the correct food. They gave him a small bag with the correct item and he came home. Guess he should have checked again because he is now making a THIRD trip through the line after they gave him the exact same incorrect item AGAIN after he told them it was incorrect and asked for the correct item. This isn’t brain surgery and I’m not sure someone who can’t tell the difference between crinkle cut fries and curly fries should be working at a food establishment. At least they gave us a card for a free combo for next time but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place after my husband checked the order and went through the line twice to begin with. Edit: The idiots didn’t give us the card when he went through. Thanks for nothing, Arbys.

Pulled me space with no one in line, made me wait forever for 2 medium fries, unfriendly staff, didn’t ask if I wanted sauces

Had to wait a while for my food even after placing my order ahead of time on the app. Didn't get an apple juice I ordered with a kids meal. The honey mustard chicken wrap is terrible! Chicken was tiny and hard as a rock.

After a 14 minute wait at the drive up I was really disappointed with what I received. They use shave the roast beef just perfect. But this time I had four sandwiches that were just grounded down to nothing. It was so fine that it was falling off the buns. It may be a while before I ever return!
