Sleeping Beauty

There was an issue with my order. I tried to call and speak to a manager, but I was told one was not available. Ii was just relayed information supposedly. I have ordered this meal 3x, all with sauce on the side. Never was an issue until today in which the sauce was NOT on the side. I only wanted to bring it to their attention and get a small refund as some needed to be plain due to allergies. I was told that I was wrong and that I rang it in incorrectly online and there was nothing that they could do. So I asked if they wanted me to come up with my many confirmation and she said yes.

The older lady that I guess isn't a true manager was there. I guess it was short staffed. She wasnt even supposed to be managing. Not a great sign when that's the introduction. But she was nice. She was NOT the girl I spoke with on the phone. The shift lead /kitchen load offered to remake my food but I didn't trust that option after continued rude interaction with the lady on the phone. She still tries to tell me what I ordered wax wrong and try to point out that my kitchen receipt said no dressing and nothing about the sauce on side. Until the lead was like, no look at her phone. And the cashier lady just scoffed and was like I've never seen that before. Its Usually it's the customers fault because they rang it wrong.

How is any of that great customer service? The lead did say she was going to follow up with a manager named Noah to process a refund as she couldn't. I still haven't heard anything. Just crazy to tell a customer that they did something wrong without having the full story.

WARNING: Would give zero starts if I could. We placed an order online, saying that it would be ready at 3:10. The order was 25 MINUTES late being readied. Zero discount, apology or anything. AND the dining room was empty! This is the worst service we have had in years! This restaurant will be out of business soon if things do not change. Awful!

First of all, the service was second to none when we visited last night. They quickly corrected a couple of order mistakes and seemed happy to make it right. The food was hot and the stuffed tater-tots were great. Dining room was clean they have plenty of parking. Very pleasant experience. Their pick 6 - Meal for two is a great deal! Also new is the brown sugar heat sauce for their wings, very tasty.

Really good food! Fairly good waitress. Only thing was with all the tvs there, they wouldn't put any on a sporting event we wanted to see. There was very little interest from other customers on the events they were showing. It wasn't that they couldn't get that sport - the employee just didn't like the team we wanted to see🫩😠.... Kind of like politics!!!!!!! We most likely won't go back.......

I think games & ufc fights are genuinely the only reason this pathetic location is treading water. Terrible from top to bottom. Poor managers, poor, slow service, regular 30-40 minute ticket times with an almost empty restaurant. My final time giving them a chance I got some wings and potato wedges to go. Waited 43 minutes for the order to get ready. Came straight home(4 minute drive) to eat, and the wings were somehow cold, and were egregiously overcooked and completely dried out. This is the saddest restaurant in town. You’ll see the other reviews reflect that. Genuinely impressive just how bad a restaurant can operate, and still keep their doors open. Can’t wait to see this location close

Worst staff very rude if you want good service ask for someone other then jazzy. She is very disrespectful and rude. I placed order online and it took additional 30 min after I arrived to pick up my order and then once order was ready she didn’t bring drink jazzy the waitress stated rudely I didn’t know you had a drink then went and grabbed a drink without looking at my receipt brought the wrong drink so I said said that’s not what I ordered then went back to get the correct drink and pushed it at me. I asked to talk to manager the GM came and spoke with me said she would handle it and as she went past jazzy and said something funny because they were both laughing about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone…. Go to Muncie better service and better food

Leaving my last review and taking them down to one star now. Your employees need to learn to count to 10. Your food is too expensive to short people. Do better. Haven’t been there in months, if not a year, and won’t be back anytime soon.

We were here a week or so ago after not having been here in a while. It’s just a bit pricey during these rough few years so we hadn’t been in a while just due to price. When we got food here recently it wasn’t great. First of all, last we were there you got 4 ranch per order for the amount of wings we got with the bogo days but they almost never put all of them in there so we already knew this time to check. Unsurprisingly, we had to ask for the rest of our ranch, as usual. The surprising part was that, after paying more than $50 for 2 orders of wings and a small fry, the food was not very good at all. The wings were over cooked, crispy, and dry. We didn’t have time to mess with calling, driving back, and waiting again so we ate our dry crispy wings and decided we won’t be eating here again. It’s ridiculously priced already and there is NO excuse (especially as slow as they were) to get that kind of food when you’re paying that much money for it. Food and groceries are too expensive right now to feel like you’ve wasted your money on food that’s supposed to be a good meal and turns out to be, well, not good.

Had to edit my review to add that my husband just said they were the worst wings he’s ever had. He also said to take one more star off. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Its genuinely insane that management will argue with you over an incorrect to go order when HALF of the order is missing. $50 for wings and HALF of the order is missing, then call to have it corrected and met with rudeness and belittling from management.

First I’d like to say the food was great. But your staff at the host stand was absolutely terrible. He had no answers to any questions. All he kept saying was “idk”.
Then after we placed our order, my husband decided he wanted to buy a drink. The host with the black thick glasses refused to take his sale because he “didn’t want to go through the whole process for a drink”
Highly unprofessional.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Sarah the waitress kept walking by my friend and I for 35 minutes we didn’t have drinks or anything. There were not that many tables as it was during lunch and everyone had their food. We ended up walking out after waiting on anyone at all to even greet us. She walked by us multiple times. I would assume making TikToks in the back lolol
