Staffing issues with March Madness and 4 out of town schools visiting the fieldhouse. Management must be idiots

Buffalo Wild Wings is downright abusive. The last three or four time I’ve been, it takes upwards of an hour just to receive my horrible food. Every time I think Buffalo Wild Wings sounds good, my body tries to stop me. My brain doesn’t allow me to move just because it knows it will bring down the state of my mental health when I go. In fact, I am considering contacting the police about it because this restaurant causes such severe damage to my brain my doctor thinks I’m autistic. Buffalo Wild Wings is a disgrace to American food. I have on good thing about this restaurant, and it’s the great, hardworking employee Stephanie Wadsworth. She is what makes it worth eating.

I called 3/9/2025 5:50 she said 15 to twenty minutes. Got to the place at 10 after 6:00. Didn’t get food which was two orders of 10 wings hot and mild boneless! Until 6:31.. unacceptable! Tired of the lying!! Plus on tv it says on the commercial 20 wings for twenty dollars.. false advertisement! Deal with that later. Cost me $27.00 and change. Won’t be back . Food was half hard and cold! Place needs to be sold, or different management .. sad . Corporate will be my next personal to talk to!

If you don't mind a wait then this is your place. You will wait forever to be seated, forever to be waited on, it will take forever to get your food and you will wait forever to pay for your food. It took us an hr from the time we walked in to get our food and there was only 4 tables occupied in the whole place. I now see why the place is empty a lot. I hate picking up door dash orders from here cause they are always taking forever to get any food out let alone acknowledgement that you are even present.

I almost never make these kinds of reviews, but I can't help but feel obligated to at this point. The food has taken such a nosedive these past couple months and there seems to be no quality control.
Not only were these boneless wings supposed to be Spicy Garlic (extra wet on the sauce, mind you) but there's zero sauce AND they're so overdone and hard that the meat is crumbling like sand.
I've never had problems like this before and as someome who frequents this location very often, it really does make me sad. I hope whatever they have going on thats making the quality of food and service drop gets fixed as soon as possible. Until then, I do not recommend.

Waiter was amazing, very paitent n tried his best to get our food but in the end we never got our food & sat for almost 2 hrs. no i did not even pay for my drinks or my salad that i got after 2 hrs. left my waitress his tip cause he deserved it. manager was only seen once & that was when we were leaving. all employees in back were messing around in the kitchen being loud!
Website down, app down, phone disconnected. Very frustrating.

My husband went in and placed an order to. Ring home... sampler appetizer had good nachos... but that was about it. The wings were super small, the wings were cold & small, the onion rings were nearly overdone, and the mozzarella sticks were cooked so long ALL the cheese had cooked out of them and they were hollow!!! It's too bad the cooks didn't match the wait staff's service. 👎🏻 I took a picture... but not sure how to upload a pic.

Upon arriving on a Friday evening about 6:30 we ( party if 5) sat almost immediately as they weren’t very busy. Waiter took our drink order and brought our drinks. Ordered tortilla chips and sauce appetizer. Brought that out, took our food order and that’s where everything went haywire. We waited, waited, waited and waited. We thought maybe it was just our order but everyone around us experienced the same problem. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, we could no longer wait. As we were walking out, the person I assume was a manager (?) came out and told us that the kitchen was short staffed and there was two new employees in the kitchen. Sorry, after that long it was too late!

We showed up at 9:30 at night, asked for a booth because I have back issues, the hostess himhawed around for 10 minutes only to tell us they refused to give us an open one because “we only have certain sections we use”. What kind of restaurant has sections closed on a Saturday night?! Also, how is a sports bar/wing establishment out of Michelob Ultra draft on a Saturday night?! Seriously?

I been to several buffalo wild wings and this one is by the far the worst
I rarely complain publicly about food or service but tonight is the exception. I placed our order(50 wings)at 6:24 with a pickup time of 7:00. I walked out at 8:15 only to get home and see that they messed up our order. I understand being busy on a Thursday night but when asked about the order they couldn’t give me an eta only that they were working on it. Once they gave me the food all they could tell me was sorry it took so long.

Food was really good. Served was nice but took forever. It took over 30 mins for our food when the restaurant was not busy at all. It took even longer to receive our check.
