I can’t put into words how worthless and frustrating this location is. I have grown accustomed to poor service at any BW3 over the years, but this place is the worst. Apparently an order placed online and set with pickup time an hour later is way too much to ask. It takes the hour you scheduled and then once you show up to pick it up it is another 40 minutes. I ordered boneless, even shows it on the receipt, but nope traditional. The food was as bad as the employees abilities to read and follow a list. Bathrooms are always dirty and your order is never right. There is a 50/50 chance if you ask for a fork the server will eventually bring you a spoon. If you like bad service and playing russian roulette with your food…you are in luck here.

We were here a week or so ago after not having been here in a while. It’s just a bit pricey during these rough few years so we hadn’t been in a while just due to price. When we got food here recently it wasn’t great. First of all, last we were there you got 4 ranch per order for the amount of wings we got with the bogo days but they almost never put all of them in there so we already knew this time to check. Unsurprisingly, we had to ask for the rest of our ranch, as usual. The surprising part was that, after paying more than $50 for 2 orders of wings and a small fry, the food was not very good at all. The wings were over cooked, crispy, and dry. We didn’t have time to mess with calling, driving back, and waiting again so we ate our dry crispy wings and decided we won’t be eating here again. It’s ridiculously priced already and there is NO excuse (especially as slow as they were) to get that kind of food when you’re paying that much money for it. Food and groceries are too expensive right now to feel like you’ve wasted your money on food that’s supposed to be a good meal and turns out to be, well, not good.Had to edit my review to add that my husband just said they were the worst wings he’s ever had. He also said to take one more star off. ???‍♀️

This is place should go under with the rest of the Buffalo wild wings, service was horrible, food was cold. Manager acted like they didn't care by there body language. Bathroom was partially clean, you have employees, no excuses make them clean it.

24 Valve Performance

Me and some family came here and order a pretty fair amount of boneless wings and some drinks. We waited roughly 30 mins on our drinks and then the wings came out still frozen , we sent them back and we could hear the kitchen staff throwing a fit. At this point we notified the manager that we would just leave due to this. Overall though the floor staff and manager were super nice and apologized many times before we left.

Called at 7:26pm for a to go order, said it would be 40-45 minutes. I arrive at 8:10pm and they say it will be out shortly. At 8:40pm the food comes out and is wrong. So finally get the right food at 9:20pm. Well over an hour after they said it would be ready. And what does the manager do? Not a thing. Horrible customer service.

Jazzie was the only redeeming quality about this establishment today. I know everyone is short staffed, but customer service was extra lacking today, while we had been standing there for at least 3 or 4 minutes, some girl comes walking past half dressing on her way out the door, putting her BWW t-shirt on, she didn't even acknowledge us to let us know someone would be right with us, someone finally came and sat us and Jazzie was our server, she was a delight, and on top of things, but while she had our table, she got sat with a party and 3 or 4 other tables. There was a hair in my tacos as soon as they were brought to me, the food runner apologized and sat them on the next table and said Jazzie would take care of the problem ??. I've been in the service industry for over 25 years and have never seen anything like that before, Jazzie immediately came by and apologized and had new ones made for me, I'm not sure where the manager was, I half expected a table visit but since there wasn't a host up front nor a sign that either Saud wait to be seated or please seat yourself, I felt like the employees were doing the best they could, maybe the manager was cooking?. Definitely not worth coming back for again. So sad.

This Bdubs is honestly such a joke! Waited 30 minutes past pickup time since my food wasn’t ready. In the bag is a thing of ranch that is everywhere because they didn’t put the lid on it. My salsa wasn’t even half full, why am I paying full price if you can’t even fill the cup up all the way? I’m officially done with this bdubs, they’re all complete idiots.

Huge shout out to Holley, our server. She had the entire dining area and managed it with ease. Super friendly and efficient. She was always busy making sure all the tables were taken care of and I even saw her vacuuming before close. She never appeared overwhelmed or frustrated. Hope to get her next time we come!
