We had an online order, when we first showed up and went thru drive thru to pick up our online order they first tried to give us someone else's order but we quickly noticed and they corrected it before handing us the whole order. Otherwise our food was hot, delicious and we was served promptly and was able to get in and out with no problem.

I come through the drive thru about once a week while I’m on my measly half hour meal break from my soul-sucking job. My order is almost always taken by the same person with dark hair and glasses. He always welcomes me and tells me that I rule, and honestly that’s more encouragement than I get at my job 98% of the time. Something about the way he says it really makes me believe it and it gives me the boost I need to get through the rest of my hellscape of a day. Usually the service is quick, which leaves me a few minutes after eating to cry in my car before heading back in to slog away for another few hours. The food is usually fresh and as good as fast food can be. Today my fries were a little undercooked but the mushiness was a little easier on the tooth that pains me that I haven’t been able to get fixed since I live in America and have atrocious health coverage. It's most always a terrible experience. Service is always slow and having to wait in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes. Most of the workers don't know what they're doing, and they don't have good attitudes. The place is stupidly over priced, and the food isn't worth what they're charging for it.

Absolutely the worst restaurant to ever claim to be fast food. They never get your order right, they close at random times, and this last trip they wouldn't even take my order. The employee said they received several large orders and now they can't take any more orders. Absolutely terrible place to order from with several lazy employee.
