“I hope the Management Team reads this… I have been beyond impressed with the staff at the New Castle Culver’s. It is evident Management has taken a great deal of time training the staff to be customer friendly. When ordering staff guide you to choices. As many of us hesitate in making choices the response is “we want you to be happy and please take your time”. Food delivery is prompt. As we leave we always get a positive comment like “have a great day” or “ thank you for visiting us”. What is most impressive is these are often young adults who are learning customer service which is being reinforced obviously by the owners and Management Team. I might also add the environment is spotless. We don’t go to Culver’s often but when we do I leave smiling. BTW the grand babies LOVE the ice cream with the kids meals.“

“Had a great lunch, fried pickle with beer cheese. Then the mushroom burger with beer cheese Mac. It was all awesome. The beef had the fresh taste off the farm due to using local beef. The waitress Alexia is very nice explained the menu very well and treated me as though we've known each other for years. I'll be back“

“Went here with a group of friends and had one of those nights you talk about for years. The food was absolutely top notch — seriously, do not skip the fish sandwich, it was next-level OMG! The vibe was fun, welcoming, and energetic without feeling chaotic. I felt accepted. Karaoke took the night to another level with the competition, and had everyone laughing, singing, and just having a blast. You can tell the staff and owners truly take pride in this place — the service was great, the atmosphere felt intentional, and it honestly felt like they wanted everyone there to have a good time. From the food to the music to the people, everything just clicked. We’ll never forget the night we had and will 100% be back.“

“Our waitress was awesome! Brought us everything how we asked for, refills before empty, and even very useful things like wet naps for our 2 year old after eating. Best service I've had in a while. She really went above and beyond.

Google asked me to update this review: since this review, we've tried making it a thing to go once every week. We request the same waitress from the original review, Donna, and keep going back for her great service. That's not to say anything about the other servers. Donna hasn't been there every time we went and we've had awesome experiences with every server.“

“I had not ordered from or been into BK for 3 or 4 years. My last several orders prior the flame grill flavor was gone, the veggies, condiments were so little you could not taste them, the fries were bland this was not BK. I ordered again recently for delivery and the FOOD WAS FANTASTIC, all the flavor and more were back.“

“Had to wait a few minutes before I got my order placed. You have to walk up and order. After order was placed it didn't take long for one blizzard. It was good enough, not special and cup wasn't all the way full. Tasted good though.“

“The food was great, as usual, but our server was not as much. We were there well before the dinner rush and ordered the special, thinking that would be quick, but it took more than 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Then, 15 minutes after we asked for to-go boxes, I had to go get them myself.“

“My husband and I were passing through New Castle on our way home for the Thanksgiving holiday. There were only two sweet ladies working the restaurant, Sam and Diana. While people were being very rude and impatient with them, they were still very kind so us and served us as quickly as they could despite it just being the two of them. The food was yummy and warm. Thank you to Sam and Diana for putting up with grumpy customers during the holiday and treating everyone with the same equal service and respect. ❤️“
