I absolutely love it here. It doesn't matter if the employees or employee is having a bad day, stressed out, or whatever they're ALWAYS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. We all know how frustrating customer service can be so I really appreciate their positive attitude.

I left my first, 5 star, review up so they can see I’m not just leaving reviews when I’m upset. I’m sad to say this place has definitely conformed and lowered itself to the level of a lot of other places in town. Orders are wrong or missing items and they never actually make it right. I had to drive across town, in traffic, in construction, wasting 20 minutes worth of expensive gasoline to go back for a cup of cheese. Sorry, but dry pretzel bites? No. So yeah, all for a cup of cheese. Did they offer a discount coupon for next time or a small ice cream or even AN APOLOGY? No. Just replaced my bites and gave me cheese. I didn’t bother to ask for anything because that’s not the point but come on. Not even a sorry. That’s pathetic. We won’t be back for a while, if ever. Oh, and to top it off the employees are definitely not as friendly as I stated in my first review. Even going so far as to say they hate the extra hour of work during summer to stay open until 11.
I am thoroughly impressed so far. Not only is the food great and the chocolate custard to die for but Culver’s seemed to be able to find some of the nicest people in town to work there. Everyone is always so nice and happy (to the point my husband thinks it’s a weird cult like feel 😂💀🙈) and the drive thru is so nice! Also, they have gotten our order right every time so far! I really hope they stick around.

Ordered 2 baskets and only got the sandwiches and the sandwiches came with nothing on them after mentioning twice what to put on them. Also asked if they were in baskets and was told yes. Do better with training.

This is not gourmet dining BUT it is damn good fast food done right and they find lots of pleasant young people as staff. McDonald’s better check their rear view mirror.

Similar to another reviewer. I got a two scoop sundae of the “crazy for cookie dough”, and there were a total of five pieces of cookie dough in it. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I don’t understand why my last couple of orders have been cold. I don’t mean warm. I mean the burgers were cold.. I normally love Culver’s, but I’m getting tired of spending money on cold food.
