I absolutely love it here. It doesn't matter if the employees or employee is having a bad day, stressed out, or whatever they're ALWAYS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. We all know how frustrating customer service can be so I really appreciate their positive attitude.
I don’t understand why my last couple of orders have been cold. I don’t mean warm. I mean the burgers were cold.. I normally love Culver’s, but I’m getting tired of spending money on cold food.
The young lady at the window was very friendly and Jessica brought out my food and pivoted to the survey and explained how it works for my as the customer and the Culver's team. Great job Jessica! I'm all about the customer experience.
