I would like to start off by saying sorry for not noticing the curve was in the bottom of the bag.. now I will say when you look at someone is trying to still or get free food... Not every one is like that. I love the service but when you have to get out of your car to let them know that they forgot 4 pieces of shrimp and the cook sayes if it was a 10 piece you got 10 piece. I know something was wrong as we always get a big box and it was small box and then I noticed that I didn't...
I have now dined in, taken out, and had food delivered from this location and I have been satisfied every time. The employees are friendly and work with a good sense of urgency. The food has been fresh and hot every time, *including* the time I doordashed it (granted, I was less than a mile away). If every Culver's operated like this one, we would have them all across the country! Thank you New Castle Culver's <3
Nikki walked out with our food today on this scorching hot day and he went above and beyond to fix our custard for my granddaughter not to mention walking in the heat. He takes great care of his customers!!
