This place is called Dairy KING not Dairy Queen. Their version of a "Blizzard" is called a "Twister". It was good, but don't think you're going to DQ.

All you get is milk charged as ice cream, and they don’t even take the Dairy Queen gift cards. I don’t use the New Castle Dairy Queen any more. Weenee World is 100x better, at least you don’t get a cup of milk when you ordered ice cream. They won’t even do the trademark upside down thing because the shake would literally dump out on the ground.

Well, I was going to call and just give feedback to someone in charge BUT since the phone doesn’t even work anymore… seems like the place has gone downhill since that nice couple died and ahhhem, someone else took over. My feedback was going to be that I will no longer be spending my money there since I usually buy the cupcakes and you guys decided to stick a cookie in top and jack the price by like a dollar. I’m not paying more than $5 for a cupcake because you stuck a cookie in top and since that’s the only thing we ever came for… ??♀️ We will get our ice cream at weenie world from now on. DQ - DO BETTER AND TURN YOUR PHONE BACK ON.

I used to love your coney dogs. I don’t live in new castle anymore. I went to see my Father on Father’s Day and got us some coney dogs. They might had been good, but they were cold and not good at all. I’m not in new castle often and I think the next time I’m there I will avoid your place.

Please use actual Oreos in Oreo products instead of generic chocolate cookies. It was like this last year too, and I will not be visiting again until this is fixed.

Had to wait a few minutes before I got my order placed. You have to walk up and order. After order was placed it didn't take long for one blizzard. It was good enough, not special and cup wasn't all the way full. Tasted good though.
