All the Tables were dirty, chairs were dirty, floor looked like it had been mopped, but they mopped without sweeping so it looked trashy. On top of that, they got my wifes drink wrong. Update, manager was randomly walking around asking if everything was ok, and my wife was hesitant to ask for a new drink. I spoke up and manager was really nice and got her a new drink.

Food, drinks and everything here is great. But the amazing staff is what sets the New Castle Dunkin apart from the rest. I have never been to a Dunkin where the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The management team here is really on top of it. Great job team.

This might sound like a fake review but this place is genuinely just a great place to go too. I've made it a routine to go out of my way to go here before work because every single time I've went I started my day feeling better cause they are nice people and are somehow smiling at 6am. The food is great but the people that work there is why I go.

I come to Dunkin a couple times a week. This morning I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese croissant and a drink. I get to the window to pay and the manager, which i can't stand...he gives me the ick...says they're out of croissants. He asks if I want it on a bagel English muffin or sourdough, which is good to do. But I say no to all and ask for a refund on the sandwich and he acts a little mad about it. What irritates me, tell me you're out of something before I get to the window so I can look at the menu and decide on something else. This is not the first time they have done this. Its super irritating.
Carmel ice coffee was refreshing, the turkey sausage wrap was good. Friendly staff. Clean store, fresh hot food. Would recommend

It was nice and clean and welcoming. The cashier was so polite and friendly and very patient. The coffee was amazing, and the new wrap was delicious and a nice little stomach filler. Im definitely coming back.
