Food, drinks and everything here is great. But the amazing staff is what sets the New Castle Dunkin apart from the rest. I have never been to a Dunkin where the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The management team here is really on top of it. Great job team.
This might sound like a fake review but this place is genuinely just a great place to go too. I've made it a routine to go out of my way to go here before work because every single time I've went I started my day feeling better cause they are nice people and are somehow smiling at 6am. The food is great but the people that work there is why I go.
I come to Dunkin a couple times a week. This morning I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese croissant and a drink. I get to the window to pay and the manager, which i can't stand...he gives me the ick...says they're out of croissants. He asks if I want it on a bagel English muffin or sourdough, which is good to do. But I say no to all and ask for a refund on the sandwich and he acts a little mad about it.
