I have been to well over 20 dunkins within the state and out of state, and this one is BY FAR the very best! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and they truly strive to get what you need and to make sure it is made correctly! Absolutely love this store!
Food, drinks and everything here is great. But the amazing staff is what sets the New Castle Dunkin apart from the rest. I have never been to a Dunkin where the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The management team here is really on top of it. Great job team.

Update, manager was randomly walking around asking if everything was ok, and my wife was hesitant to ask for a new drink. I spoke up and manager was really nice and got her a new drink.
