IT was the worst sandwich I've ever eaten.. it was supposed to be a pulled pork sandwich it wasn't nothing but hot 🥵 looked like a scoop in the middle and like eating a jalapeno sandwich nothing like I'd would try again.. waste of money and letter I'll pay again 😞 not good 💯

For a clean building it has the worst deals and burgers there is. I had a coupon for an Angus burger meal and it was still twelve dollars! Adding the fact if you weren't wanting a soggy mess ready to have everything fall off the bun than you came to the wrong place, most sauce filled slippery mess I had in a long time.

With stores closing, I am so happy this store is sticking in there. Foods made right here and is always delicious. Occasionally they get the special made stuff wrong but not as bad by far as tacobell, mcyD's, BK etc. that gets the order wrong every single time. My family always orders when passing thru here

Good and employees seem great! Only reasons I scored low is because of the facility! The main door is so hard to open that I honestly hurt my arm pulling on it!!!! There is a suction between the doors that causes an extreme vacuum affect! Actually could be dangerous!! Especially to a small child or an elderly person or disabled!!!!!! Even to anyone actually!!!!!! The second issue is that when I went to the restroom, when you flush, the water splashes up A LOT and the worst is that the sewer gas is overwhelming!!!!!! This is the second time in a 3 week period this has happened to me in this same place!!!!!! The first time, I thought it was a fluke. But when it happened again 3 weeks later, I KNOW there is a problem!!! I will not go back to this Hardee's unless and until these 2 issues (door and restrooms) are fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Half of our food was missing and made incorrect fries were so old we didn't even eat them we just tossed them won't return anytime soon.

Idk what's going on but sadly every time I go the customer service and food gets a little worse... Seriously last time while I was ordering my food the girl literally scoffed at me. By the end of my order I felt like a dummy for being so polite by saying yes please, thank you, and have a great rest of your day 🤦
