By the end of my order I felt like a dummy for being so polite by saying yes please, thank you, and have a great rest of your day 🤦

We got a cheese burger fries and a drink. Also 3 piece chicken tenders fries and a drink. Everything was not fresh and cold and the chicken tenders were 1 normal size 2 smaller than a chicken nugget from McDonald's. It took 20 minutes I thought it was probably because of the chicken tenders but they were not hot at all Won't be back. Only got 1 order of fries.

I spent $16.07 for two small sandwiches one small Coke and the fries we're horrible so hard you break your teeth on them. I waited at the window to pay for at least 10 minutes and they weren't that busy and this is the worst food I have seen in a long time I don't recommend this dump. The ham and cheese sandwich had maybe three thin slices of ham on it. Man this is just bad business it's a pissport place to eat. If you go to the picture section on this site you will see the fries and posting something on here is way too much more complicated than you would think.

I only order here since its convenient. But do wish the food can be cooked and served with a lil more passion. Does this food satisfy their own workers. I ordered a 5 pc nash hot tenders meal. Was ready by 3:23, got there by that time. Fries were cold, tasted like they've been sitting for at least 30 minutes. (I worked fast food too). If they sit for a while and have slow business. Don't salt, dip them into the friers for a sec. And the "nash hot" tenders had light sprinkles, the flavor was not there. Over all im just hungry and wanna eat. But to recommend and to go to on free time. No. I'm a foodie and I get sad everytime that my only option is hardees.
This place needs a revamp. Looks like nothing has been updated since it opened. There was only 1 ice machine, and it was up front where you got your drinks. They had to come up there to get ice for the drive-thru. We were sitting right by it and it was very noisy, I mean really loud! The woman that took our order was nice, but our sandwiches were wrong. Don't think I will be back.

I went to Hardies around 11am. Ordered a chicken tender wrap sm fry and a small coke. I paid 9.87 for this. The wrap .. should have been a snack wrap. There was one very small piece of chicken on it not even a bite. Very poor meal for almost 10 dollars. Fries were cold. I will never eat at Hardies again. Hardies in New Castle Indiana.it

It's hit or miss daily if the food is hot or if I have to stick it in the microwave. Tried to call to complain and a recording states that number is no longer in service that they have a new number but yet it doesn't give you the new number Get it together Hardee's.
