My husband and I were passing through New Castle on our way home for the Thanksgiving holiday. There were only two sweet ladies working the restaurant, Sam and Diana. While people were being very rude and impatient with them, they were still very kind so us and served us as quickly as they could despite it just being the two of them. The food was yummy and warm. Thank you to Sam and Diana for putting up with grumpy customers during the holiday and treating everyone with the same equal service and respect. ❤️

Ordered through door dash dasher had to return because they left off the drinks. Then when he finally made it with my order it was short a sandwich and had all the wrong fries. So I called and the lady “manager” hung up on me. And refused to answer the phone so I had drive down there to get my food when I ask her for corporate number she told me to leave the store because I was visibly upset this is the same person whom on multiple occasions I have seen her smoking her vape in the kitchen while customers was waiting on there food in the lobby. I love Hardee’s and eat there at least once if not more a week and as long as she works there from now on I will not be patronizing this location again.
