On my vacation to IN, I went to the New Castle location and that was a great experience ALL around. I got a specialty hot coffee (m), iced chia latte (m) and a Jack's dozen (dozen donuts and a bag of donut holes) all at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back on my next trip to IN.

Applesauce donuts tasted like plain cake donuts this time. If expansion means your donuts are going to taste like every other mass produced donut on the market, why bother? Nostalgia isn't going to be good enough reason to pay these prices for ordinary donuts.

I've always loved Jack's since I was very young! My grandpa took me my 1st time in 1961 we would walk from N Avenue to get fresh donuts, you could smell the donuts before you got there! I live in Florida now and they don't have one in Okeechobee, Bradenton is to far for me to drive to. I'm visiting New Castle and I got my donuts. YUMMY.

All donuts are made the day prior then delivered to the donut shop for the next day they're no longer fresh do you have people working in a factory with no air conditioning or any type of ventilation people sweat on these donuts all day long maybe if they're worried about the freshness of the donuts less and worried more about their employees having a better environment to work in it may be better

If you like cake donuts, the blueberry and jelly-filled donuts are good. I didn't care for the glazed or apple fritter because they lacked flavor/too cakey.
