Has changed so much since they stopped making doughnuts in house! From 1961 to 2023 ABSOLUTELY PREFECT!! From October 2023 to now the doughnuts do NOT taste the same!! And it really sucks!!

They have recently changed how the donuts were made and it was a bad move. I am glad Dunkin has opened. Not buying Jacks any longer unless they change back.

I grew up on the east coast where donuts has a lot of flavor . Then when I moved to Indiana I tried Jacks. Besides them slapping frosting on the top of the donuts they just taste like dough .Maybe peoples like that type of taste here in the Midwest but not me .This is my humble opinion try them yourselves maybe you will enjoy their donuts .

Usually my favorite donut place. We got some over the weekend, white fluff with maple icing & they were stale and tasted 3 days old. They would have gone back but we were in Indianapolis when we ate them. Needless to say most of them went in the trash. I sent a Facebook message to let them know and I did not get a direct reply. If I go back to Jacks it will be the Greenfield location that is always fresh.
