The place is really run down on the outside , needs 1000's of dollars worth of work done. Inside is small and clean. I asked for water and the gave soda water, threw that away 😐 🙃 😳. You can't talk and see the menu at the drive through. Very weird lol I will never eat there again and wouldn't suggest it to my neighbor I don't like lol The shrimp was very salty. I've eaten at lots of long John's and never had very salty shrimp. The Coleslaw wasn't chopped enough, huge peices of cabbage.

Whilst traveling through New Castle on our way home from Greenwood, we decided to give LJS a SECOND chance so, we stopped and ordered our supper and boy, was that a bad decision. We had coupons and ended up ordering a chicken basket with waffle fries and another chicken basket with coleslaw and one piece of chicken. The 5 pieces of chicken weren't 12 inches long in total and there were 4 waffle fries. Not to mention how greasy and undercooked the food was. We will NEVER stop at this particular LJS location again.

This is quite possibly the cleanest fast food restaurant you'll ever find and the people that work there (every time that we've been there), like 3 or 4 times, have always been so friendly, nice and helpful. We are somewhat new to New Castle and try to avoid fried food for the most part but love the treat of LJS and this one is the BEST!! Great service and food!!

Went in and ordered. They helped us with finding the best bang for our buck. Food was done quickly and brought to us nice and hot. Dinning room was clean and was greeted coming and and got a farewell when leaving. Can't beat that

Folks here have been very courteous and pleasant to work with. Prices are high unless they have a special deal or coupons. Doors need a foyer with double door entry to reduce cold air from blowing across patrons. Difficult to be comfortable with current layout.
