First of all, this is a bar, with food. Not really a kid friendly business. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. The inside looks nice, and the owner was extremely nice. We really just went into the wrong place with our granddaughter, so nothing bad on them. The place is great for adults though.

My wife and I have regular date nights here. We have also made some new friends. The Made Hyena has karaoke throughout the week. Here just last week they had a themed party night, and it was a blast(hoping that becomes a regular thing). The staff and owner are always happy to see you, very welcoming, and friendly.

The Mad Hyena is the best bar in New Castle. The owners Richard and Amy Petty are great folks. The food is always good from the house salads to the Howling Burger and made fresh. The atmosphere is welcoming to everyone and they make you feel like your just another one of the many people called friend.
