The new owners don’t give a rats a$$ about employees or what’s happening at their stores. All they care about is making money at whatever cost they can while bragging about themselves on social media. The GM, Rachel Johnson, has separate group chats where she talks about all of the crew’s medical conditions, their time off and if people should be allowed time off, makes fun of crew, writes crew up for taking off for funerals of family members, doesn’t follow state laws...read full review
I went there earlier today and they said they were closed. The drive-thru all blocked off. I asked why. she said because they were busy earlier so they can't be open now cuz they work too hard. I didn't know that was McDonald's policy to close when they worked hard that's crazy. it's wonder how they make it at all every time you get busy you got to close that's The worst business plan I've ever heard of. My daughter went there and ordered a black iced coffee and they put cream in she told them it was wrong and the lady started yelling and saying this girl doesn’t know how to order coffee. My daughter was so upset with her yelling she was crying and afraid to eat or drink it because she didn’t know if they did anything to it. I called and asked for district manager and they would not give me the number
