Placed order on app. The app glitched but the money was taken out of my account. Showed the app, email receipt to cashier. Was then asked to show them my bank account. After all that they told me to cancel the order. I feel like this was a violation to ask to look at my account, especially since showing my account didnt get my food. I'll never go to any McDonald's again

I wish when I went to the drive thru I would be greated with something other than "what can I get for you". And when I finally get to the pickup window I do not receive a thank you. Plenty of other fast food restaurants are available for me to visit. And I plan to visit them.

My son and I like to go to the play place. This is one of the few play places that are in McDonald's still.
We had really quick service tonight. The food was nice and hot. Bathrooms and lobby were clean. The storefront was really smoky for some reason. Their ice machine wasn't working very well. It was nice to see they still have a play area, most McDonalds have taken them out.

Mcdonald’s is disappointing. They no longer offer macchiatos, their employees don’t want to be there, and it’s reflected in their service, and that’s on top of their poisonous food which is ridiculously overpriced.

My order is usually wrong in some way. Customer service is hit or miss. Some employees are very kind, some are extremely rude! Expect your soda and fries to be only 2/3rds full, burgers thrown together sloppy and messy, and if you have to go back to get the correct order, expect to be treated as an annoyance.

Usually not a review type person but this experience was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced in a fast food environment. I understand if it’s busy and ur stressed but how I got treated by the employees was completely uncalled for. While waiting for my order there was screaming going on in the back but after about 45 minutes of waiting around. Someone noticed and politely asked me what I was waiting on. My family has asked me to pick up their order(which I’ve never done before) and I showed them the screenshot. This lady looks at me and raised her voice asking if I’m blind and to open my eyes since it’s “right there” mind you I did not know there was a different order number so that’s y I didn’t know it was mine. Then she asked what else r u waiting on that is missing and I just look at the screenshot and say the coffees. And this lady seriously rolls her eyes and leaves and the poor kid gets the coffees.
