The only consistently good experience I’ve had at this location is during breakfast hours when their kitchen is staffed by a Hispanic crew. Any other time quality is extremely poor. Fries are often soft and cold and the hamburger patties also have come to me usually cold. Except for their breakfast, most of the time their lunch and dinner falls below the expected corporate standard.

Placed an online order even called up there and asked if they could out ketchup and mayo in the bag. Guess what there was no straw for my drink no spoon for the ice-cream and no sauces and the person on the phone just seemed so rude the way they were speaking. Please do better.

And again… No matter what you do or say, they will not leave pickle and/or onion off of burgers. This is absolutely ridiculous. You guys can’t get one meal right one time. What do I have to do to get you guys to leave these nasty pickles off of my sandwich?!?!?! IT’S BEYOND RIDICULOUS. YOUR JOB IS NOT THAT HARD. I’VE LITERALLY DONE IT. IN THE SAME DANG STORE. We are in the time of holding people accountable. You are a fast food RESTAURANT. That means you claim to sell edible food. So why is it that my husband and I constantly get home and throw our fries in the trash anymore? This week, my husband quit ordering fries at all because you guys can’t seem to teach some teenagers how to dunk the fry basket, take it out when the timer goes off, and give it a little shake. A trained monkey could do that. I KNOW that not every teenager is lazy and incompetent. I have a feeling it’s a lot to do with management. Whatever the case may be, it’s time to do better. If you can’t even make fries it’s time to close the doors. Looking at reviews this has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in the state. If I’m wrong… God help the people eating from the worst one. You’re lucky to GET food here that you can actually eat when you get home.

Food is always so disgusting at any and all McDonald's! However sometimes if I'm in a rush my girls love happy meals so that's the only reason I go there.. oh and for a large coke extra ice! McDonald's coke is pretty delicious 😋

My most recent experience was disappointing. They were closed.. for breakfast changeover. Didn't let me order and I was only there for a Drink. 🤷♂️

Fries soggy and freezing should have been thrown out hours ago.... recieved part of my order then only given one packet of sauce for 4 people no napkins ever In bag for drive thru..... store is revamped and nice now its time to revamp everything else !!!!!! has potential
