Food has always been good and hot. Too many people walking around in street clothes not even working just employees and maybe some not just walking around even in the food areas most with long hair and no hair nets or hats to keep their hair out of the food, their faces or work area. I don't order from here for that reason. I have friends and family that do and they haven't ever had a problem though.

My wife got a few coupons for nurses week. We used to be able to take them in and they would accept them. Went in the other day tried to use the last one and the new female manager refused to take it. She was all rude about and wouldn't give me a reason. The coupon doesn't expire until 4/30/24 either. Will not be going back until this manager will eventually be fired. Worst customer service.

I ordered a medium pizza , buffalo wings and bread sticks . The pizza and breadsticks were very dough underdone the buffalo wings were very rubbery . I am very disappointed.

Called to order 2 shagaronis and 1 large cheese pizza was told pizza would be ready at 7:25...so an hour and a half. Go to pick up pizza and there is a line of about 15 people waiting. A couple said they had been waiting for about 40 min. No one was helping the customers in line. I finally asked the guy about my order. The lady in purple shirt hollered and said it is gonna be about 25-30 more minutes. She was very rude. I will not visit this location again. Very poor customer service. They completely ignore carry out customers. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I couldn't post if not

Ordered 6 pizzas even called three hours early to set a pick up time. Still had to wait, didn’t get my sauces I ask and two pizzas weren’t even cut. Good pizza though
Everything is wrong with their business model. You can't just call the location, you call some dirt floor hut in India, you aren't quoted a delivery time, it shows up in an email after the order is completed. Delivery is always well over an hour, while Pizza Hut and Dominos is minutes. The food quality is fine, but the business model is broken.

I was ready to come on here giving 0 stars cuz I personally was not a fan of the pizza I ordered tonight but maybe give 2 stars cuz the rest of my family said theirs was ok. But I took a chance and called the store to see if there was something we could do to fix the problem with my pizza. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke to a gentleman manager. I explained my pizza was to spice (I cannot handle any spice) and there was way to much sauce (not in a nasty way) and he helped me come to a good conclusion and I left the convo very happy! So because of that convo with that manager I feel like they deserved a better review than I was originally gonna leave. So thank you to that gentleman!
