God knows there will be alot more families in need of food after Nov 1 because of your president and your congress.

The food here is pretty good for the price. My only issue is that they charge you an extra $1.00 if you split the meal. The portions are too large to eat in one setting, so instead of ordering 2 meals and basically taking one home we like to just split a meal. I realize $1 isn't much, but it's the principal behind it.

So we got fried chicken Swiss steak country fried steak. Chicken was fresh hot with steak was tender tasteful White grey was awesome. Mashed potatoes great. Ate very well for 30 some dollars. It was definitely worth a stop fresh hot food, fast friendly service.

Ordered the famous Haystack. I live out of town and got home and no gravy. That's what makes the Haystack so good. They refunded my money but didn't comp the meal. My Fiance didn't eat her dinner because I didn't get to eat. I feel they should have comped the whole meal considering we ordered out of town wasted our fuel to not get the food we ordered then had to drive back into town just to get my money back for mine. Not professional or curious.

After today, we won’t be back. We haven’t eaten here in a while but ordered today and I guess, even though I was specific, that I wasn’t specific enough and my food wasn’t how I ordered. I called and asked to speak to a manager.
My 1 star review has nothing to do with my meal being wrong. I did that because I heard the snarky comment from the girl who answered the phone as she handed the phone to the manager. I was not rude or mean to her in any way. I didn’t realize I should have had a longer conversation with the girl who answers the phone to make sure she doesn’t think I’m rude for saying - Can I speak to a manager please? Next time I’ll make sure to say - Hi! My name is … How are you today?! I was wondering if I might be able to speak to a manager please?
For sure. Next time I want to speak to someone I’ll make sure to waste the time of myself and the other people working there by having a conversation while you try to prep for the dinner rush. My bad. 🙄
But it won’t matter. Because my husband doesn’t like eating at Park anyway and only does once in a while for ME. And I’m done with rude restaurant workers. I understand restaurant work and customers because I did it for years. But I WAS NOT rude in any way BECAUSE I understand the restaurant industry. So to have someone be rude simply because I had a complaint… No. Customers CAN actually have valid complaints without being rude. People like her are why I stay home now.
Wonderful service, wonderful food!! Joanna was our waitress, and she was outstanding with the service she provided! The restaurant serves very large portions! You get a lot for what you pay for!

I love this place. I have not had one bad thing. The chicken tenders are AMAZING and their honey mustard is delicious, I could literally drink it haha. Definitely recommend for any meal of the day!

Me and my grandma came here this is our second time trying to see if it was gona be better. Both times we were straight up ignored and two tables that came in after us got seen. We just got fed up and left. It is ridiculous
