After today, we won’t be back. We haven’t eaten here in a while but ordered today and I guess, even though I was specific, that I wasn’t specific enough and my food wasn’t how I ordered. I called and asked to speak to a manager.
My 1 star review has nothing to do with my meal being wrong. I did that because I heard the snarky comment from the girl who answered the phone as she handed the phone to the manager. I was not rude or mean to her in any way. I didn’t realize I should have had a longer conversation with the girl who answers the phone to make sure she doesn’t think I’m rude for saying - Can I speak to a manager please? Next time I’ll make sure to say - Hi! My name is … How are you today?! I was wondering if I might be able to speak to a manager please?
For sure. Next time I want to speak to someone I’ll make sure to waste the time of myself and the other people working there by having a conversation while you try to prep for the dinner rush. My bad. 🙄
But it won’t matter. Because my husband doesn’t like eating at Park anyway and only does once in a while for ME. And I’m done with rude restaurant workers. I understand restaurant work and customers because I did it for years. But I WAS NOT rude in any way BECAUSE I understand the restaurant industry. So to have someone be rude simply because I had a complaint… No. Customers CAN actually have valid complaints without being rude. People like her are why I stay home now.

Wonderful service, wonderful food!! Joanna was our waitress, and she was outstanding with the service she provided! The restaurant serves very large portions! You get a lot for what you pay for!

I love this place. I have not had one bad thing. The chicken tenders are AMAZING and their honey mustard is delicious, I could literally drink it haha. Definitely recommend for any meal of the day!

Me and my grandma came here this is our second time trying to see if it was gona be better. Both times we were straight up ignored and two tables that came in after us got seen. We just got fed up and left. It is ridiculous

Great food and wonderful service. Day trip and just happened to come up on this place. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely stop again. Tonya was a wonderful server and made our first experience even better.

Ordered burnt hash browns but they came out almost raw still. This place has went down hill with lazy cooks, Service. Don't waste your money and time

My family of 5 went in today around 12:45pm. We had a little bit of a wait because they were completely packed. Once we received our food though, I realized why it was so busy. The chicken and noodles were some of the best I've had. The mashed potatoes and green beans were delicious also. My kids both got the chicken tenders which came with two tenders and a side and they were gigantic tenders and so good! We will definitely be back when we are in New Castle.
