This is the last I will order from pizza hut in new castle. They have screwed up my order every time. First they gave me pizzas the were still raw, I had to bake them in my own oven. The next time I sat at the drive thru window for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they never made the pizzas I ordered online an hour earlier. Then today I open the box ready to enjoy a pan pizza and find that all of them are hand tossed. The receipt shows I ordered 3 pan pizzas, I paid an addition $6 for pan pizzas and was given hand tossed. The level of incompetence is staggering, and unfortunately it is a common issue in this town.

We ordered a create your own Tavern Pizza with sausage and pepperoni. We had ordered the Tavern style pizza in the past and we really liked it. This time the Tavern style Pizza was awful. I'm not sure how to explain it, but we will not order the Tavern style Pizza again. We also ordered cheese sticks and they were very good. We plan to order from Pizza Hut again in the future. Hopefully they will be able to redeem themselves!

Until yesterday, I thought that this pizza hut was top-notch. I always get a medium hand toss pizza with light tomato sauce. Yesterday, it was 48 dollars instead of the usual 24. I asked why the change was so much. Then, they said that they made a mistake and lowered it to 45. The pizza was overdone with mozzarella cheese everywhere. I was told that they were doing something for a promotional run. So I got to be the guinea pig at my expense! Was sick with stomach cramps all day. I probably won't ever be going back there again!

Pizza was not made right and was under cooked asked them to remake and was told that they already shut the ovens off as they closed in 30 minutes, staff was unpleasant when I walked in and said he couldn't help because he was closing out for the night.

Ordered what I thought was a medium stuffed crust but because I changed it from large to medium the app changed it to thin crust. Why it wouldnt change it to just a regular crust is crazy or have a pop up saying stuffed crust was removed. Anyway I call the store to try and figure out why I have a thin crust not a stuffed crust it takes me about ten minutes and two separate tries and eventually I get an employee who tells me the issue and then she puts the manager on who didn’t really seem to care at all. I spent over $30 on a medium thin crust pizza extra cheese pepperoni which I won’t even eat. I’ll not order from there again. Apologies go a long way as does customer service but they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction.

I wish I could give this pizza SIX STARS this was the most delicious the most delectable the most toe curling the most oscar awarding pizza i have ever put onto my tongue. These chefs deserve to work at the headquarters as the LEAD chefs. They need a PAY UPGRADE. Everytime I finished a slice I couldn’t help myself but to get another one. It’s like they put some secret substance that just kept making me want more. Me and my friend couldn’t stop eating. I looked down on Pizza hut before, but now that is probably the most top tier pizza place in all of humanity. Whoever made that pizza, I hope you got everything you wanted for christmas, and if you didn’t I pray you get everything you want for this new year. I hope you wake up and you realize you got gifted 50k dollars. This will be a core memory of mines for years to come. This pizza changed my life and my expectations for what pizza should taste like. I only don’t normally eat all the pizza I normally eat 2 slices at max. NOW We only got two slices left and i’m still craving for it like it’s the first slice. Im not really a superme pizza fan but at this rate i am willing to scrape off ALL of the other toppings solely to eat the base pizza. This healed my soul and cleansed my spirit. If you were hesitant about eating pepperoni pizza or just from pizza hut in general I say GO FOR IT that was the best pizza in history. Me and my friend both say THANK YOU.

Great pizza. We had had Pizza Hut twice since they reopened the buffet. The dining room is clean but could use a deep clean in the low traffic areas. Give them a try again.
