Great pizza. We had had Pizza Hut twice since they reopened the buffet. The dining room is clean but could use a deep clean in the low traffic areas. Give them a try again.

First they couldn’t find my order. Then thin and crispy was soggy and completely stuck to the box. I had to pull it off with a spatula then air frying it to be able to eat it. When I called to complain, no one answered the phone.

I was really glad to see that they had the lunch buffet bar all you can eat They are one of the last restaurants that I know of that have that. I would highly recommend them!!! I am usually in Newcastle on Thursday so I will be a frequent customer.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot that they have.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and then when they have all you can eat buffet that is good to have with children because you need options with them.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of handicap parking in the front and they do have handicap doors restrooms and tables for a person to say that.

first time at this location and there was a fly baked into the cheese. called and they said we need to bring it in, so we drove the 45 minutes back there only for the GM to rip the fly apart with her hands and tell us it's just over baked cheese!!! no refund and we left the pizza there. pathetic management and we will be contacting the health department and corporate tomorrow.

I asked for my personal pan bacon pizza to be cooked well done and it was love it ! Plus my medium heat buffalo wings were tender . Job well done Pizza Hut ??

Worse experience ever with Pizzahut . Forgot a pizza when delivered, would not answer the phone, when the delivery driver eventually brought the missing pizza it was the wrong pizza.
