They advertise for free delivery. After a 5 min call of putting in my order, they then precede to ask for a debit/credit card number for a delivery fee for GrubHub or doordash. This business no longer offers free delivery nor do they accept federal U.S. currency. Not only do you false advertise free delivery but you break federal law simultaneously by not accepting my U.S currency.You lost my family's business indefinitely. What a shame to sabotage your own business into failure. From the owner, to the manager, to the employees are completely incompetent at completing basic tasks.

Love coming here on outing days. The food is quick and the workers are always so friendly. But, the only thing I will say is you come here its for the pizza and the pizza alone. I tried many of their sides on and off and either you dont get a lot for the price or they just really suck in comparison to the pizza. The pizza they have though is good enough that's all they need.

When I arrived there were three customers ahead of me to pick up. The girl waited on the first person and then the second person. While that customer was paying she went and got her two to go drinks. When she finished with her she turned around and starting helping another employee cutting pizza. Finally after a few minutes a young man came to the register and asked if we had been waited on? The customer in front of me and myself both said we hadn't so he quickly checked us both out. Both of our orders were ready and sitting on top of the oven. As expected both pizza and bread sticks were cold. Add to this the pizza was not even fully cooked. There was absolutely no reason for two customers to be totally ignored. This was Pizza King on South Memorial Drive in New Castle, Indiana. Needless to say I will go to a different location the next time or another Pizza Chain. Again, the worst experience ever at a Pizza King restaurant.

We ordered by phone while on the road home from Kentucky. Arrived and waited an appropriate amount of time before heading in to pay and pick up. It was in the oven then so I waited. Once it was bagged up, the staff almost gave it to me without asking me to pay for it. When we got home, we were quite disappointed that it had been over cooked and the crust was burnt. If we lived closer, I would have gone back to the store. But we live 20 minutes away and had over commitments so this is the next best thing.

I went there the other day and the order I was picking up wasn’t ready yet. The gm knew I was annoyed but she handled it so well. She broke out conversation with me and knew exactly how to change me from being annoyed to being friendly. They definitely picked a great gm and she was working and helping out just like the employees.

This pizza is the worst I have ever eaten. We tried this for the 1st time 5 years ago when we moved to Indiana and did not like it then also. We were told we must have just had a poorly cooked one that day. We had our 18 year old son with us, and he said he could not eat even a 3rd piece that it was that bad. This kid could eat pizza every day. I have worked or traveled to 42 of the states and am a huge pizza lover, and I just can't seem to wrap my head around people who say it is the best they have ever had. Yes, this is my opinion like theirs, but like I said, I have tried it all. This location is outdated and poorly lit. The crumbles of pepperoni that did not make it to all slices made this a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. You need to leave New Castle or the state to truly experience what a good pizza is, apparently, even though there are some local places that have a far better representation of what pizza is. I do not recommend this franchise.

Here is a breakdown of the differences between the 3 Pizza Kings/TopHat in town(jic you've never tried all 3)
1. PK on Rd 3: this location offers delivery as well as dining in w/a very lg dining room, a phone at each table to order with and a jukebox. Has the standard menu.
2. PK on Broad & 25th St's: (personally my fav.) This location offers dine in or carry out, The dining room is small, cozy and more intimate(great for a date) w/jukebox, They have the standard menu but they also have fresh pies and other extras, imo everything is just a little tastier here.
3. Top Hat Q Ave: This is carry out only. They do not have the reg. bread sticks They are the thicker ones with a different kind of cheese, The pizzas here are piled high with toppings though and are delicious.
it's always the best..if you've never had it, you have to try it! if you don't love pizza they got a lot of other things on the menu

Horrible service has taken over an hour and a half for our food and still isn't here when I call I'm definitely upset at this point lady claims she's the manager and only had one delivery driver blah blah blah. And after an hour and half our order still hasn't left. And to top it off the lady got rude with me and hung up on me. After almost 2 hours of waiting I called again and definitely wasn't happy as I have to work at 6am and it's 11:35pm and they cancelled my order and told me to get f'd. Can't believe they hire people like this for customer service. Completely unacceptable
This place will always have a soft spot in my heart. Anytime I am back in town visiting family or friends I have to stop in for a Royal Feast and half baked bread sticks!

We ordered a few things last night, spending close to $70! First off, the breadsticks were good! We did have to turn around and get the salad that was not placed in our bag with our other items. Once we got home, we realized that the employee who made our pizza must have wanted to do the opposite of what we paid for and heavy covered our entire pizza in onions and mushrooms and almost no peppers. (We specified no onions or mushrooms). After picking through two pieces to try to get the unwanted toppings off, I ended up not eating the pizza.
