Ordered a small cold brew - no ice plus an ice water- $7.00 I was charged $2 for the water and the cold brew was barely half filled- at Starbucks the exact order is $4.79 and you get 2x the coffee and I actually receive 2 large ice water. Buyer be aware!

The turtle latte is excellent. The staff is friendly and consistent each time I visit. Please get the Apple Pay/tap payment up and working. There was a sign up that it wasn’t accepting in May and this visit in late July,it is still up!
Today I ordered 2 waffle sandwiches, 1 bacon chibatta sandwich, 2 oreo blenders, 1 oreo cake bite, and an order of the burger sliders. To which i did not receive my sliders. I did not get a receipt, i did not check the food until after i left due to being short on time, but i know i paid for it as i put in the amount of food/drink i ordered on the app and it came out to the same price i paid. I tried calling the phone number associated with the New Castle, IN store here, and it says the number isn’t a working number. I tried going online and the email isn’t working either. I’m out the $6.25 for the sliders that i didn’t even get to try. The rest of the food was good, that’s why i gave the food section of this review 5 stars but the rest was low. The person taking my order was nice and helpful, but whoever bagged it didn’t do it right.
