2nd time I've gotten food here that they got wrong on the gravy & bisquits. We told them country gravy, ended up with sausage gravy, gravy spilled all over inside the sack as it was a to go order. Had a gravy mess all over the place trying to to check out orders in the truck. They replaced it with right order, no apology or anything, just said here? Wth! Another time had a hair in my food. I'm done we ate here weekly, every Friday, but will no longer be going back. Very rude to customers.

I came here on Saturday late morning for breakfast but unfortunately we didn't get to try the food. After standing in line for 15 mins and no one advising us on the wait time, we decided to leave as only 1 couple had been seated in that time. I peeked into the dining area and it was clean and the servers were hustling but they appeared understaffed. The lobby has kids games, candy, coffee and other items to spontaneously purchase while standing in line. When I return to the area, I will try again but during the week.

A great cozy place to get diner food. We had at least 20 people in our reservation. Service was great, food was good, the atmosphere worked for what we needed.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu that can be colored on with games. Kids breakfast was nice, tho the pancakes could have been served on bigger plates for the kids to have room for messes. Affordable kids menu

Was really impressed best breakfast I've had in years service was great and the amount of food I got for the price I paid let's sat I felt like I was getting more then I paid for the toast is thick and delicious the guy who cashed us out was very nice great hospitality be back again
Nasty food, we got breakfast to go and I got fried eggs with my meal, said I liked it runny, but the white was still clear near the center and the yellow, not even close to eatable, this has been the second time this happened, if you can’t cook a egg, you have no business cooking anything else… this has happened to me one time with dine in too:… so … I won’t probably be going back….

The service is amazing! In terms of New Castle places to eat, Stacks is rather expensive. They do have a variety of menu items though, and they do serve breakfast all day. Additionally, I would not recommend coming on a Sunday after church. It is extremely busy, and there is often a long line to be seated. It is very nice and clean here though, and the waiters and waitresses are always extremely kind and accommodating. I have never met someone who worked here who I wasn't super impressed with.
