Ordered online and came in. One employee present. Greeted them and was ignored. Thanked them for my food and was ignored. The seating areas were clean and the food was good but if that's the treatment a customer can expect when visiting this place then I'll take the hint and steer clear next time

I love Subway, but have struggled to like this location. It has gotten progressively worse the past few years. They almost never take orders online, half the time they refuse coupons or to honor specials. With limited options in town for light fast food, I still eat here often. I don't know why, honestly. I almost always leave frustrated.
I've tried to go twice in the past week and couldn't place a drive thru order or online order either time. You can't get the deal of the day at the drive thru.
Two weeks ago I went in at 6:30pm and they were out of the sub special of the day. I was in a week ago and they were out of both the cookie type and the bread I wanted.
Two days ago I received a drive thru order and they forgot items. I called 3 times to let them know to try to get credit for the next order and no one answered. I went in tonight and told them and they refused to do anything to make up for the messed up order. I mean I get it I guess, they would have to take my word for it, but I eat here often, I'm pretty sure they know me. It just adds to the frustration.

Place is poorly run! Doesn’t have what you ask for most of the time! And restrict kids meals to be on white or wheat can’t choose your own bread! Even if you pay extra for the kids meal! Will be going elsewhere from now on it’s sad! Was one of my favorite places

I was not able to order at the Kiosk drive up. So I went straight to the window to order. I explain to the worker I could not order from the Kiosk. Ask him to take my order he had an attitude and would not take my order. I ask to speak with the manager. he said he was the manager and was not willing to take my order.

They aren't accessible. Disabled drivers can't use the drive through screen and they refuse accomidations when paying in cash.
Wheelchair accessibility: If you are getting out to go in it's accessible to go in. However drive through check out is not accessible The drive through accessibility button is too low to reach with most cars without getting out. Making it inaccessible.

I do not like the touch screen when ordering in the drive thru. How many times is that cleaned? I don't want to touch everyone else's germs! Did covid not mean anything to Subway?

Terrible service. Mark Winkle should not be in customer service. Sandwich made wrong, and he isn’t familiar with how the kiosk in the drive through works. Sandwich falling apart and their lettuce is yellow and brown.

The people who work there are not sanitary! They do not change their gloves after dealing with money.
The people who work there need to be told that when you handle money transactions you need to change your gloves!!! I witnessed a guy there take money at the cash register and with the same gloved hand proceed back to the food prep line and touch meat and cheese that he put on the next person’s sandwich!!!
I've not ever had to wait as long as I had to today. Service was slow, didnt get my order right, and not enough ppl working. Not worth the stop to be honest.

I have literally gotten the incorrect order from this place three times back to back. I removed things from my sandwich and got them added three times. Their response was this sandwich just comes with them?! No, when it gives you the option to remove items and you do so it doesn’t “just come with them”. It’s not hard to make the sandwich how the customer asked you the first time. People make mistakes but intentionally making the sandwich wrong because your claim it’s how the sandwich comes is insanity.

I had an excellent sandwich and great dine in experience. Lindsay Stamper was the best sandwich artist I have ever had. She made an excellent sandwich that was mayo Free... (Allergen)
She understood my request made a great sandwich and was judgment free of my request. The facility was very clean. Over all a 5 star experience. Keep up the great work. I will be back soon!!!
