Don’t even bother going at night anymore. The old Night manager was Awesome. Very friendly guy, and would get food out at a considerable time. Now, whoever is running night shift is the opposite. Unfriendly and you are guaranteed to get your food, but only after 30 minutes of waiting for it.

This is the worst place to go thru the drive thru they are worsted then the big Mc for getting food and that's why I haven't been there for mounts. They will 9out of 10 they will forget something and that means someone doesn't get to eat 😭😭 and I'm so over it.. last time for me,,, 🤬

The place was filthy and it was only 11 am. I had to wipe off my own table. They gave me a wash rag to clean my table off I also wiped off other tables since more people were coming in. Haven't been back. If I knew who the owner was I would have sent him the photos of everything.

If I could give a ZERO I would.
Their third shift employees are completely rude, won’t fix orders they mess up & won’t replace them.

Jack & Hunter are both completely rude.

That’s suppose to be a burrito supreme… a steak burrito supreme! Yall are pathetic, and I wish I would stop going to any of yalls place. I will never return to this location.

I absolutely love taco bell food! Their employee's is a different story. Most recently, I went to the taco bell on state road 9 in Greenfield to get lunch after work. When I pulled up to the box to order, some little girl came over the microphone and stated "their system was down and they were not able to take any orders". Mind you there was people inside their dining area eating, and I had just watched another person leave the drive thru with an order! The girl did not try to explain in any way, she didn't wait for me to respond, and she clearly had an idgaf attitude about the whole situation. After getting home, I decided to contact taco bells customer service to inform them of the situation. The customer service employee did seem to care more about the situation than the initial employee and stated they would have it looked into. It has now been about 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything back. Last week, I was in New Castle and decided to put in a pick up order from that location. The order was filled quickly and efficiently but I was concerned when I arrived to pick up the order and found it on the front counter getting cold. I figured I would had to at the very least confirm it was my order but when an employee finally addressed me, they basically were like yep go ahead and take it. No need to verify, anyone could had come along and took the order. Though taco bell always has good food, they seriously need better employees that have better customer service skills.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell on the planet… at least they are consistent with the worst service. Food is carelessly thrown into the broken shells and sent out the window. The contents of my burrito were cold, no napkins even offered or in the bag. I can’t even wrap my head around the incompetence in this store. Not to mention the nasty sauce packets that were all stuck together and unsanitary! NO MORE FROM ME!

The bowel's of Hades itself, super lazy customer service, and super expensive for a soft taco, it's a joke to consumers! Def not real meat.

It appears that they declined to accept legal tender. How is it plausible that by 11am on 1/19/2025, their business transactions had not exceeded $100? The refusal to accept payment seemed unprofessional, and a notice stating no bills over a hundred dollars would be advisable. The bank provided the bill, and it is surprising that it was not recognized as legal tender.
