SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! go anywhere but here. Do not apply here for a job either. Wenzak needs to step in and do something about Davina! She is rude to us every time we come thru and she never greets customers in a friendly manner.

two young ladies were very rude. i understand it’s late and 30 mins to close but be nice. i’m in the food industry and i understand be ready to leave but be nice to those who come in or order they drive thru.

Manager is rude and can’t take criticism when twice in less than a month they can’t tell the difference between a regular cheeseburger and a baconater. When someone spends $40 on 3 meals they have a right to be upset when their food is incorrect.

Went in twice in last two weeks, stood there for over 5 minutes wasn't even acknowledged both times. First attempt crew working drive thru saw me but went about their way, not telling anyone someone was in the front. Second time one employee was filling a door dash order at the front counter acted as if I was invisible. He then stepped up to the register, printed out another ticket for door dash, and began filling it. Again without even acknowledging me standing there. Second employee pour themselves a coffee, also acted as if I wasn't there. Been in customer service my whole life and this was terrible. I will not go back again. Bad customer service starts at the top of the chain, Managers on down. Shame this town has to put up with such bad service.

Went through the drive thru and Davina was extremely rude, I thought maybe the other times I have went she was just having a bad day but it has been every single time. Being talked to like that makes you not even want anything anymore. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional.

Salty hamburgers? Flat, tasteless sodas? Cold fries that taste old? Nuggets are chew as if they had been stirring for an extended period of time? Taco salad had old, nasty looking tomatoes? Was the service lacking training? Management, you need to get on this!
