I live in NC. Traveling to IL, I make it a point to stop at White Castle. This was the 1st store I saw when crossing into IN.We always order 10 or more sliders, with cheese - no onions.The customer service was great! The food was Excellent.

So we sat in here for 20 min waiting for food in nearly an empty store. My order was $6.40! The told us 2x they were making it but never did. Serving 4 other customers before asking y we were still standing there. Put down the pipe while your at work people. Drugs are bad.

Are the burgers even real meat? It literally tasted just like the ones you buy at the store that you heat in the bag in the microwave that come out all soggy and nasty with some congealed meat. I am not exaggerating the slightest. Would have gave it a zero.

I use to love white castles before we got one. If I'm out of town and I get some its usually pretty good. But, this one every single time I've got it the hamburgers taste old and nasty. Literally every single time unfortunately.

2-9-2021I asked for a chocolate milk.They replied "we don't have chocolate milk.I said "okay a white milk is fine"They replied "we don't sell any milk"On top of that food was cold and no napkins in the bag. Very hateful employees. Handed me my food and slammed the window shut and walked away. I'll be contacting corporate and the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.

My husband grew up eating white castle, I was so excited when we came across one while travelling since he's been raving about it for years. We placed our order and after paying and waiting for FIFTEEN minutes (there was no one else there at 3:42 pm and we ordered one meal) we received cold sliders, cold fries and an employee with an attitude. The frozen sliders are better than any of the food we received. Do not go out of your way for this white castle, you will be sadly disappointed.
Friendly staff, fresh food..even gave my cat a piece of bacon in the drive thru. That was nice ?

Not what they use to be.., me or both, me and the establishment. Pickles taste and chew like they have been out and in the open for a day or two. The prices are way too high for what you get.
