I ordered a pumpkin spice signature latte. It normally comes with pumpkin swirl and a vanilla shot. This latte has neither of those. There's no flavor at all. I'm sick of it already. With all the bad reviews at this location, you'd think they'd do something about it, but no...just same ole crap, day in, day out. I'm done. I'll travel farther, onto the next one. Ridiculous already!

I watched him give my order to the car in front then take it back after they had it for a minute then I told him I wanted a fresh one I don't know if they did anything, what did he do lied and said it was a fresh one when I watch him give me back the same one, never will I go back and I love dunkin, I threw it away and learned not to go there

This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts known. Any time I stop it's 20 min wait for 6 donuts and coffee. Employee will look at you and just walk away. And then sit in the back and bull shit with other employees instead of doing their job. 1 time out of all of the times I have came here the service was good. Other than that they need to fire everyone here but 1 kid.

Went inside to order some coffee ans waited about 10 minutes and no one asked if I've been help. What made it worse is than 2 different works looked at me. So I walked lost my business for a few days.
..after several visits over time, honestly have to say they beed to improve on bakery..

I can't with this location anymore. They want to charge $1 for a cup of tap water, for their other drinks they put extra extra ice all the way to the top to where the lid can barely fit so you get 3 sips of the actual drink. The final straw was asking for less ice, honestly just hoping it'll be a normal drink, and then they refused to do that and would only give me an overly ice-filled drink in a much smaller cup. Total rip off. I'll go out of my way to the other Dunkin now. Hope the penny pinching is worth the loss in business ✌️
