One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone more than once thinking maybe they were just having a bad day and tried to give them a few chances. Each time my coffee was either too watery or way too sweet, the food was either undercooked or overcooked, the donuts are almost always stale and hard as a rock and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Not to mention the drive thru line is almost always out to the street and service takes forever. I went inside I got a good view of how messy, dirty and unorganized it really was in the store itself, on top of the workers acting like they don’t see you and aren’t willing to serve you until you get their attention. I highly recommend saving your time, money and energy. Would give 0 stars if it was possible .

The boys in there this morning were trying their absolute hardest!!! They did so good! Trying to keep a angry coffee line in order is so hard but they kept their cool! Told them its understandable how things get scrambled and to take their time! They got it!!! Everyone should take a second and be proud these are kids coming into the working field they gotta learn somehow!!! Be kind to them!!!

I ordered a pumpkin spice signature latte. It normally comes with pumpkin swirl and a vanilla shot. This latte has neither of those. There's no flavor at all. I'm sick of it already. With all the bad reviews at this location, you'd think they'd do something about it, but no...just same ole crap, day in, day out. I'm done. I'll travel farther, onto the next one. Ridiculous already!

I watched him give my order to the car in front then take it back after they had it for a minute then I told him I wanted a fresh one I don't know if they did anything, what did he do lied and said it was a fresh one when I watch him give me back the same one, never will I go back and I love dunkin, I threw it away and learned not to go there

This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts known. Any time I stop it's 20 min wait for 6 donuts and coffee. Employee will look at you and just walk away. And then sit in the back and bull shit with other employees instead of doing their job. 1 time out of all of the times I have came here the service was good. Other than that they need to fire everyone here but 1 kid.
