“The first time I ordered, my husband and I immediately planned to place another order (which we did the next week). We consume bread frequently in my household but we didn’t like that the store bought breads have awful ingredients so we decided to try this company. I’m SO glad we did. Not only are the ingredients amazing, but the taste of their products are great, too. Their bread, oatmeal cookies, banana muffins, chocolate chip muffins, cinnamon rolls, and pasta (everything I’ve received) are delicious!! Our 1.5 year old loooves their bread and asks for bread everyday now. Thank you so much for all the work that you do!”

“The food, every course, was simply excellent. My wife often orders duck and the Gamba duck was the best she has ever had, very tender, perfect medium rare. Our polenta appetizer and my braised pork shoulder were also excellent. Portions were generous. We dined on Thursday, half-price wine night, and Gamba's wine list has many moderately priced but very good wines to have with dinner. The staff can help diners choose menu items and wines that best meet their tastes. Ample parking.”

“This place is absolutely incredible! It's like discovering a hidden gem in the midst of the ordinary. Stepping into the restaurant transports you to a whole new world. The owners are incredibly dedicated and always going above and beyond, constantly juggling multiple roles due to a shortage of staff. Keep in mind that this is a scratch kitchen, so if your meal takes a bit longer, it's because they're playing the roles of chef, waiter, and bartender all at once. Last night, we were there and unfortunately witnessed a terrible customer treating them with disrespect, but the chef remained remarkably composed, although it was heartbreaking to see.”

Often times we pack the cafe with wheelchairs and roaming kiddos. Both the staff and the customers have been so warm and welcoming to these families and I think our complex kiddos love the cafe as much as we do!!”
