I really enjoyed my chocolate chip cookie. I wish they had peanut butter. Would’ve gave 5 stars but there was no greeting upon arrival or be right with you. Store was clean also. Tho the baker was busy. The other worker should’ve stepped in to assist. But he did say “thank you “ and that’s always good.

Based on the reviews, Crumbl serves some of the yummiest cookies and fantastic homemade baked goods made from scratch. The quality is impeccable, and the cookies look and taste great. However, some cookies can be too sweet, and the taste can be more well done than at other locations. Experiences have varied; one time a customer ended up with six of the same cookie due to a mistake with a DoorDash order. The store can be busy with a younger crowd. On a positive note, a pickup order was ready in less than a minute of walking in, and the location was clean inside with a greeting upon arrival.
