I go there everyday and there is always a different issue. The main problem is the attitude and ignorant comments from the male high school employees making the drinks. I ordered a large matcha today and as we got to the window we could see the boy making it, it was not full so he proceeded to pack it full of ice. We asked the girl working the window to have him not do that since he had to remake the drink cause he poured espresso into a matcha…. He starts to remake the drink, it was still not full so he puts the lid on and says(while the window is open) “well let’s see how they like this then” while smiling and laughing with his buddy. No rude comments were needed when we simply just asked for less ice, an $8 drink shouldn’t be 95% just ice. The only good thing there is the young female at the window, she is always amazing and very sweet.

Haven't been to a dunkin in awhile. Was soooo shocked with how much a dozen donuts were now. Also the donuts were not as soft and fresh as I remembered when I used to come here. Not impressed. Coffee was good but that probably all I would come back here for.

I went through the drive thru...Even though they were busy, they kept that line moving. The employees were super polite and you could see the manager standing up front engaging with the employees. The whole environment was friendly. Perfect to start my morning! Thanks! ?

I officially give up on this dunkin donuts. They are basically selling everyone flavored creamer. I ordered the ice coffee with a extra ESPRESSO SHOT and my coffee still looks like milk. So not only do we have to pay 5 plus bucks for a coffee. Were not getting coffee instead were just going to get diabetes with all the sugar and creamer they add.

These bums can't even put a lid on correctly. Bring an extra change of clothing if stopping here cause you're gonna need it. But the employees are from New Chicago so this really shouldn't be a surprise to me.
