Becky helped me carry my bags out in the cold when I insisted it was okay and I could take two trips. The order was ready very quickly and everything was correct, they even put all the sauces, napkins and utensils in their own bag. Overall great experience

The employees were nice. They left the kraut off my ruben sandwich... the main ingredient lol. I'm not going back across town to fix it, I rarely eat fast food because they always mess up the orders, I should've checked before leaving.

For the most part its ok other than they keep giving me apple pies when I order cherry. Happened to many times to be accidentally. Wouldn't be so bad if I didnt hate apple pies.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Arby’s. I tried to use a coupon, and while I understand it wasn’t in their system, the way the situation was handled was unprofessional. The employee acted like a manager could override it, so she called the manager over — but both of them were rude from the moment they walked up. Instead of helping me figure out whether any of the other coupons on the flyer would work, they just kept repeating that I couldn’t use the one I originally showed. I wasn’t arguing, just asking a simple question. The attitude and lack of basic customer service made the whole visit uncomfortable. Definitely not the level of service I expect and won’t be returning to this location.

I waited a bit longer than usual but i also went on a busy night, typically theres very few customers inside but the employees are are all super sweet at least the night shifters (when i usally go) are and i love going here

They pulled us out of the drive thru with nobody behind us, waited 15 minutes for a smashed sandwich and a gyro with no sauce. So I guess the staff wanted to throw a fit because I had an online order.

My husband was just there to buy me a steak sandwich. This is a pitiful sandwich. Only half of it had meat and cheese. The other half had nothing! Absolutely nothing. It was plain bread. I guess im not happy at all.

The food is just as bad as McDonald’s and the prices are ridiculous. Went to Arby’s for the first time in months today. I got the new steak and cheese sandwich with curly fries and a cup of cheese. Soda was flat Didn’t get my cheese Wrong fries And the sandwich was awful. The bread was chewy and the sandwich taste and smelled weird like cleaner of some kind. My issue is all summed up in one employee. He could not stop talking, mostly criticising the rest of the team. If he's management, he's a bad boss. If not, even worse! I got the sense it was to stroke his own ego, which turned my stomach so fast. Otherwise it was fine, nothing spectacular, about what you'd expect from this franchise. But the incessant yapping cannot be overlooked. If they ever get rid of the world's tallest Chihuahua, I might go back.

I grew up with Arby’s and have never had a bad experience the food is usually good and I always ring the bell when I go inside the food is always good the only thing I don’t like is that the cheese sticks have so much cheese juice which is shocker not that good unless your in to that.
