They pulled us out of the drive thru with nobody behind us, waited 15 minutes for a smashed sandwich and a gyro with no sauce. So I guess the staff wanted to throw a fit because I had an online order.
My husband was just there to buy me a steak sandwich. This is a pitiful sandwich. Only half of it had meat and cheese.
The other half had nothing! Absolutely nothing. It was plain bread. I guess im not happy at all.

The food is just as bad as McDonald’s and the prices are ridiculous. Went to Arby’s for the first time in months today. I got the new steak and cheese sandwich with curly fries and a cup of cheese.
Soda was flat
Didn’t get my cheese
Wrong fries
And the sandwich was awful. The bread was chewy and the sandwich taste and smelled weird like cleaner of some kind.
Tried to call but the (children) running the place ignores phone calls apparently.
Clown show just like McDonald’s.

My issue is all summed up in one employee. He could not stop talking, mostly criticising the rest of the team. If he's management, he's a bad boss. If not, even worse! I got the sense it was to stroke his own ego, which turned my stomach so fast. Otherwise it was fine, nothing spectacular, about what you'd expect from this franchise. But the incessant yapping cannot be overlooked. If they ever get rid of the world's tallest Chihuahua, I might go back.

I grew up with Arby’s and have never had a bad experience the food is usually good and I always ring the bell when I go inside the food is always good the only thing I don’t like is that the cheese sticks have so much cheese juice which is shocker not that good unless your in to that.

Waiting 20 minutes in line with only one other car is absurd. Any other time I’ve gone to this one I’m waiting, or food isn’t available and I’m the only one there! This one needs to be shut down so a better business can be ran here. I’d give negative stars if I could

Terrible service, sweet tea tasted like cigarettes. Waited for 30 mins for food. When they brought it out the guy stuck his whole hand in the bag touching our fries to ask if it was our order.

I want to rate 5 stars, but they put too much sauce or mayo, even when told (multiple times) to go easy.

Ordered online. Show up to pick up food, drive thru is 10 cars deep. Proceed to park to go inside since I’ve already ordered and paid. Doors locked with people eating in lobby. Manager comes to door says she’s understaffed which I understand. But proceeding to tell me to wait in line for my food that was already made and waiting in the carrier? Before even asking me anything straight attitude. The lack of customer service that I’ve experienced from this location is beyond me. Yet despite negative reviews it won’t change. I get everyone has hard days, but by no means should you treat a patient customer with such disrespect. And then throw a tantrum while getting my food. In which no one got. I had to retrieve myself.
10/06 @ 12:20. I’ll stick to the Coventry location
UPDATE: Jalapeño sliders- no jalapeños at all.
Buffalo chicken sliders. Still raw chicken inside. Missing mozzarella sticks. Being short staffed doesn’t excuse cooking junk, missing items and taking peoples money. Don’t have things, not made correctly. Sad.

Ran out of the Burger meal I ordered, Isaid a chicken sandwich was fine. They also ran out of the turn over, but when I recieved my meal they left a note and gave me 2 chicken sandwiches fo the cost of the burger and 2 cookies to replace the turnover! Food tastes great and great service!

I just went to Arby’s and ordered their new burger and when I got home and took a bite into it, I realized it was medium rare rare. It was absolutely disgusting as it was caked With too much thousand island dressing. I called up there and told him my burger was pink. Some guy named David answer and pretty much told me that is what it is and there’s nothing that they can do about it. They didn’t even offer to make me a new burger to come up and get some new food nothing, so that was literally eight dollars out the window to Arby’s. I do understand they say they have it on the menu that it is medium rare and this is my third time at least buying this burger and it’s never been this pink. I would not order this burger at all from the one in New Haven. I was in Michigan when I ordered the other that I have tried and they were fine, but this one here absolutely atrocious

I enjoy Arbies. The staff is friendly sometimes. Biggest qualm would be the chicken (tenders or chicken wraps) seems somewhat older at times- not fresh. Sometimes marina sauce or other small items are forgotten & we go inside to get it.
