This is the first time I’m dissatisfied with food and service at this location. Burger was cold, cheese wasn’t melted and patties were still cold. Manager was dismissive when addressed regarding a question on drinks.

Went to the drive thru!! Go here at least once a week they NEVER have anyone at the first window to take your money!! EVER!! So I pull to the second widow see someone at the first! Whe Charity comes to the second window I say oh my I'm so sorry they never have anyone at the first window!! She says I told you twice first window! I say hit you didn't she wants to say but yes I did as the windows closing!! Why you gonna get smart with a customer?? I apologized for not stopping at the first window!! Very rude!! I work in customer service and would never argue with a customer!! NEVER!! You made me feel really bad even after I apologized for not stopping at the first window! Thanks don't know that I'll ever go back there again!!! Thanks Charity!!

Absolutely disgusting ... Do not go here... Made a quick mobile order on my lunch break...ran in to wash my hands and the second u get close to the door the smell of extremely old hot rotting garbage hits you in the face, then u open the door GOOD GOD... So I in fact did NOT pick up my food and contactes cooperate, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND WOULDN'T EVEN REFUND MY MONEY, LITERALLY ACTED LIKE THATS PERFECTLY OK .... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Decided to try BK vs. McDonalds next door neighbors in New Haven, Indiana. Unlike McDonald's, BK serves Hot Chocolate, but it was lukewarm.
Sausage & Egg Croissant tasted prepacked vs. fresh. Portion is generous but not very appetizing.
Service was not intolerably slow, but my perception was only one employee was running BK between 5:00 to 5:30 a.m.
I ordered two French Toast Sticks and two Sausage Egg Croissant sandwiches, asking for two bags and was packaged well vs. Mc Donald's. They always screw things up.

I went last night around 9pm. I had a reward for a free fry and the employee couldn’t figure out how to apply it. They then refused to just discount it down. My drink was just soda water and the food we got was terrible. This was a literal failure at every level.

My family and I have been coming here a little over a year now and every single time it has been a great experience, Andy the manager is ALWAYS outside and ALWAYS treats his employees very well.
