Came to this place every now and then for Karaoke and even got the privilege of playing a show here. Thought I met some cool people but now rumors are being spread about me from the male bartender and it’s affecting my relationship.

Barr lady was extremely rude and had an attitude as soon as we walked in. Very unclean, disgusting place $5 for a water or soda and it tastes like sewer water. We were screamed at and followed out to our car by some of the employees. Horrible service will never go back

Top 5 best wings I've ever eaten in my life! Love this place! Biggest hidden gem in New Haven ever! Nettie has always been kind, nice, helpful, and an awesome lady in general. The wings are hot, fresh & crispy with many different delicious sauces. The fries and other menu items are delicious. Alcohol prices are also great. This place is so brave for offering the Tuesday wing special, and I know hundreds of people who are grateful for that! Great place with great conversations! Thank you Carl's for the amazing memories!

Seriously some of the best bar food I’ve ever had. Their wings are nice and crispy with the right amount of sauce. It’s a great place for underground music for metal heads too.
My only gripe is the lack of AC, gets quite exhausting sitting in there with that heat, however, I’m quite impressed with the filtration since you can smoke inside.
