Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

French fries were warm but dry, not fresh. First burger warm and slightly juicy but the second burger was dry and colder. I hoped going in to eat might get fresher food, but sadly not the case.

Man, do I absolutely love DQs marshmallow milkshakes. They are pricey, but they are good. If loving them is a crime, better throw me in jail.

Went and got a frozen hot chocolate. It's literally the only thing I ever get from dairy queen bc I'm obsessed. I get mine and notice first it's a lot lighter in color than it usually is and no chocolate drizzle. I taste it and I'm instantly disappointed. It tastes like a cold chocolate milk. So I turn around and go in to tell them and they tell me "well we can make it again but it will be the same" and didn't remake it. I know for a fact it was made incorrectly, just by the color alone and the taste. There is NO taste of hot chocolate and like I said, I've had this a lot so I know what it's supposed to taste like. So now I paid almost 6$ for something I didn't even want, a frozen chocolate milk which if u can imagine isn't even as good as a regular Chocolate shake. Disappointed, as I've never had any issues at this Dairy Queen but it's all i Have been wanting and craving all day and it just made me super sad. Someone made it incorrectly and just trying to cover up for it and didn't even remake it for me.

HUGE shout out to the staff at the New Haven Dairy Queen. They helped this busy momma with a last minute cake while another location (closest to me) told me “ sorry, it’s first come, first served with our case cakes. You’ll have to see what’s left when you come in. We require 48 hours for our cakes” I was even willing to pay over the phone if they’d just pull one and write on it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Forever a New Haven customer 🩷

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in years. Orginally order a small strawberry sundae, but the strawberries were spoiled. Got back in the drive thru to get a replace of a different sundae, and to replace the fries from the combo, since they were also very old and inedible. I was told "no" to a replacement of fries because they already cleaned for the night, wven with cars behind me and that I would get a refund instead. The sundae replace was incorrect and the kid actually started yelling at me because he got my order wrong. So then a girl came up to the window and handled the rest of the transaction. Better than the first employee but still very unprofessional and rude. This entire transaction was unacceptable and made me so upset I could even eat my food out of fear they the kid that yelled at me did something to it.

Blizzards are basically soft serve icecream with candy dust. To pay this much for icecream, you should get chunks of candy. Have even paid for extra toppings and still get very little. Happens every time we go.

Waited for a long time for a burger that looked like it was boiled in water.
