Went today for breakfast and our waitress proceeded to tell us how she has a sinus infection and still had to work bc she has nine children. She then proceeded to state Mother Nature just came to visit her as well (she just started her period) That should have been when I got up and walked out. When she brought our food she apologized for the wait and then told us her boss was at home sleeping and she had to help the cook prepare our food. She didn’t write our order down. My food was not prepared the way I asked. Definitely will not be returning after this experience.

Back in June, I met my sister here which is an hour and a half away from where I live. It was the first time I had been able to see her in 5 years. She is a cross country truck driver. Our server Tayler was very attentive and informative. She was engaging. I have worked service (bartender) and what she created was a warm inviting environment. Since that day I have driven the time to experience Tayler's exceptional customer service and have a decent meal at least ever 6 to 8 weeks. Tayler is an awesome asset to the Huddle House team. I continue to make the drive for the service she provides!

Brought my family out to breakfast Saturday morning. We had a wonderful experience. The waitress name was Taylor. She was really nice and greeted us when we first walked in. She made sure our drinks stayed filled and our food was hot and delicious. We had two little ones with us and she interacted with them a little while we waited for our food. Great service. We will be back.!!

Although online website and google showed holiday hours until midnight ... Once we drove 20 minutes to enjoy some delicious breakfast we were greeted by this dark location and sign.... Very disappointed. Maybe don't post that you will be open at a truck stop when you're not ... We were not the only annoyed and disappointed potential patrons 😡😩😣😑 that's why you should always choose #WAFFLEHOUSE INSTEAD!!! 🤣😉

The waitress gave us horrible service, the cook had issues and apparently brought a wepon in?! Almost everything was inedible or close to it. We felt genuine concern for our safety at points.

This is crazy. These people saw me and they didn’t acknowledge me at all. Sat in there for 10 minutes and still no word. Then I left because that’s messed up.
They clearly couldn’t care less about serving people and I can’t even rate the food because they didn’t serve me😂. Never go here. Even mc Donald’s service is better than this🤷😭

I ordered the strawberry preserve and whip cream topped pancakes which looked better than pictured on Huddle House's menu. They, my scrambled eggs, and sausage were terrific. Tayler's service to me was even better. Great experience!

I tried the smash burger for the first time last night and I have to say it was the best hamburger that I have had in a very long time. It was very juicy and fresh. Thanks to Megan to store Manger for recommending me to try it. Plus I would like to give a shout out to her by saying, I been reading all these reviews and I would like people to know that Megan is trying her damnest to get the Huddle House back to running like it used to be. She is a hard ass work who puts in more time there than she does at home. She just needs her employees there to do their part so the Huddle House can be #1. Megan deserves A LOT of credit for taking over the store and doing what she does for this company. The Huddle House Company should be grateful and thankful for an employee like Megan Thomas.

Do not eat there. It took 40 minutes to cook our 2 simple breakfast meals and our food was cold and not edible. Service was terrible and slow and we were the only ones in there.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a burger specifically without bacon or any pork, and the cashier said “okay.” I paid, stood there, and watched the employee prepare my food. Right in front of my eyes, she fried bacon and put it inside my burger — after I clearly requested no bacon.
When I told her I wouldn’t take it because there was bacon inside, she took the burger back. I assumed she would remake it, but instead, I saw her use her bare, dirty hands to pull the bacon out of the same burger, throw it into the trash, and then try to hand me that SAME burger again. Absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, the worker looked extremely unprofessional: her clothes were visibly dirty, she kept touching her greasy hair, and then touched the food. Watching that was honestly disgusting.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you care about hygiene, your dietary restrictions, or basic respect as a customer, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
