Another poor soul who should have read the reviews. I was pulled up to wait for the food, that is usually a sign that your food is being cooked but my chicken came out looking like a microwaved Spinx cat. It tasted like it's been sitting in a convenience store under heat lamps since 1997. The biscuit was doughy in the center. Edit: I have now gotten to my sides. My potato's were legit room temperature and my sweet corn literally looks and feels like dent corn...livestock feed.

First they gave our order to someone else so we had to wait even tho we ordered 4 hours ahead of pickup time. When we finally got to eat our food there was NOT 1 PIECE of chicken in EITHER of our chicken pot pies!!!!

I ate there the other day, ordered 12 piece original. The guy asked me if they could give me almost all dark meat. out of white meat. I said yes. That is all that I ate that day. I was up all night, sick as hell. Not eating there ever again!

Got to the drive thru told them I had an app order and was told to pull up to the door that's about a cars length in front of the pick up window. Got my meal asked if the sauces were in there lady's response was "probably not" I looked no sauce I told her it was the KFC sauce and the comeback sauce. She told me to hold on and went back into the store. Where I see her helping people at the window.... Wtf?!? She comes back out after helping the guy behind me, hands me a ranch and the comeback sauce. I said it wasn't ranch but kfc sauce, she replied we're out of that. So I said ok then I'll take another comeback sauce. Her reply was after a loud annoyed huff "well it's gonna be a couple minutes" seriously wtf!?! Irony is this was the first time trying this comeback sauce and it was great, but I'm not gonna comeback to this kfc, there's a Lee chicken thats a little farther but Ill drive there for better customer service. Plus the chicken tenders were the smallest saddest looking strips I've ever seen. For a chicken plus it was a joke the quality of thd chicken plus the fries were cold but they usually are from there so I wasn't too surprised.
Absolutely restrain every possibility from going to KFC in new haven! Service is trash and the worst portions ever! They literally gave me kid chicken strips in a chicken tender meal!! Absolutely need to do something about their employees!

Food was the typical KFC experience if it was sat in a dumpster for half a day.
Ordered a bucket of chicken, two macaroni, and two mashed potatoes with gravy. Flies were all over and our sides were replaced without informing us. Called and asked about it and they only offered a free drink to compensate.
General cleanliness of dining-in was nonexistant. The trash can was overflowing onto the ground and the floors did not appear as if they were cleaned for weeks.

Just went at 5:20 pm on a Tuesday evening. After waiting a few minutes at the drive thru we were told they weren’t taking orders right now. No time frame of when they would be, no explanation. Odd since there are people sitting inside eating….

Where is everyone. Went there today at 2:45 pm. Shut down. The only sign was on the menu outside that said, no chicken pot pies. Second visit in a row where I end up empty handed. Last time they were out of chicken sandwiches. I give up
