Unprofessional staff. Lackluster food even for fast food. I was overcharged for my meal ordered a water and was charged for a soft drink, ordered a (2 piece meal for 4.99) and was charged for a regular 2 piece meal. Which would be fine if what was in said meal was not the same items as the 4.99 deal (mashed potatoes, biscuit, thigh and leg,)I raised my issues directly at the drive through and my concerns were brushed off. I decided to not push it further. It’s not about the money…it’s the principle. Besides all that the chicken was old and mushy. The biscuit was burnt and stale. I never go out of my way to leave a negative review fast food workers are under paid and under appreciated definitely. but I’ve had multiple issues with this location and it was time..

Had numerous bad experiences in 2023 so had not been a customer for over 7 months, but stopped today (4-5-24) & was pleasantly surprised.New employees. Fresh food. New menu.Clean dining & outdoor area.Team Member Gavin asked my name, why he had not seen me before, was very attentive, guaranteed product freshness & asked me to please give the new team a chance. Glad I did. Food was great - the way it should be.Thanks to Gavin, I will return. Good job New Haven Location!!

We had a great experience with getting food last minute (which we don't usually like to do). Sarah S and her coworker helped us get some food for our family after a long day and they were super friendly!The food itself was great and we have no complaints!

Stopped in Sunday night at 6:00 PM and ordered a three-piece dinner, original recipe. I was told, “We’re out of original recipe and we’re not planning on dropping any more. Do you want extra crispy?” Funny, they’re open until 9:00 PM and they’re not going to make any more chicken?

I'm visiting from Ohio for business and stopped by and ordered an original 3 piece white. The chicken was soggy and just awful. The worker told me that their original is really good. But that was far from the truth tonight!!

Ordered online ahead of time. Got confirmation order was ready. I've been sitting outside for over 15 minutes waiting on my order! Not happy with the service at all!
I went through drive thru, but service was very good. New help is helping out this restaurant. Had a coupon. Good food.

Food was good but no utensils or napkins. I guess they assumed I was taking it home, not back to my hotel which doesn't provide utensils. Pretty hard to eat mashed potatoes and gravy with no utensils.
