Get out to the car and paid full price, none of the sales rang up. The cashier was handed the Kroger card, didnt scan it, handed it back to my husband. He went back in to point it out and she blamed him and told him you should've swiped it yourself under the eye, have to come back tomorrow when customer service is open, and a comment about its only $10.83. I don't care if it was $.25, we were overcharged and blamed for the card not getting swiped. Poor customer service skills lady!! Poor job skills as well, you had the reward card you could've scanned it.

Where to start... this is the worst store and they seem proud of it, it’s a joke. Waited over 35 minutes to pick up a prescription. The two people in front of me could have very easily had their issues solved at the drop off window, but no one thought to move them down. Very frustrating. That doesn’t even begin to cover the everyday items they don’t have. Also, now the pharmacy door not able to be used. I could go on

Not only is the place busy never stocked and no lanes opened tonight at the gas station all lanes we’re full debit card on machines were down and the one person workin was on “break” sitting right there and refused to help anyone with 6 ppl in line trying to get help!! Worst Kroger ever!!!!

Just spent an hour getting groceries at the Kroger in New Haven get to the check out lane with a full cart and no checkers only self-serve. Left a full cart of food sitting there. Not checking out a full cart myself. A little pissed. It was only 8:30pm.

Someone at corporate for Kroger really needs to do something about the fact that this store is ALWAYS out of something. I have never been able to go and actually get my entire list, even if it's just 3 things. Whoever is ordering the items to restock the shelves is doing so very poorly.
