Ordered pizza off the app when we got there the doors were locked and a nice man let us in when I proceeded to ask what’s going on why did you guys have to lock the doors in a very nice tone as I was just curious the short haired lady mumbled something and I said sorry what and then she yelled plumbing! And how she had to finish our order but the place was closed very rude and disrespectful won’t be ordering from here again. Used to order from here a lot, but can’t support a place that yells at its customers for not being able to hear mumble speak.

I've waiting in line for 40 minutes for a thin crust pizza an bread sticks. Non of the online orders are ready. People are waiting for pizza that was ordered an still not ready.

When I asked to add mushrooms and banana peppers to a pizza the young kid refused. This store has very poor service. It's funny that I went to another Little Caesars and they were able to do the order as requested. The kid at the New Haven store said his General Manager said he wasn't allowed to do alter the pizza? Or maybe he didn't want to take the order? The order that I made was over 30 dollars.

This is the 2nd time ordering garlic parmesan wings only to have just plain chicken wings that weren't even ready upon arriving. Guess I will get my wings elsewhere since these people can't even read a work order.

Probably the worse food industry visit I have ever experienced. Walked in and for multiple minutes I waited and watched 5-6 workers stand around talking, on their phones, eating pizza. 2 workers walked past me and did not even acknowledge me at the register.
Got home and the pizza was not even hot and tasted like it had been sitting for a decent amount of time. Terrible service.

This is absolutely one of the worst brand little Caesars probably within a 20 mile radius guaranteed. This is the third time that I have went in there when it should be getting ready to prepared for our dinner rush they have no pizzas ready no breadsticks ready nothing. The main selling point for Little Caesars has been able to walk in and walk out. That’s not the case in New Haven never has been. I don’t know when it has been but the place sucks and of course they do not tell me that I have a wait until after I pay!

The manager is pretty fun to talk to however the pizza is mid at best, i love going for the breadsticks and conversation tho
I normally don't complain about this place but pizza don't taste done and it's not cut right at all like come on I oaid $20 for this come on now guys the only ones there that can seem to make pizza is the chick and her mom i stayed at the hotel with motel six thank you lady's for doing your job
