The pizza and breadsticks with sauce were undercooked. If I have to finish cooked the food that you served then you have failed. The store was dirty. Floors and counters were dirty. Your only saving grace was speed. Speed would have meant more if everything else was right. I'll never waste my money here again.

I came with my brother for “Hot & Ready” pizza for cheap, but they only had one guy staffed at the time. There were many people who were waiting for food. We should’ve just left but we had already paid and he said that it would be 7 mins. We waited for nearly an hour before we got our food. It is bad if only one person actually shows up to work and the only one who shows up isn’t doing that great. I’m sure it isn’t always like this, but this place has left a bad taste in my mouth (not only because of the understaffing, but because of the poor quality food).

Was grabbing 4 pizzas for the family for dinner, and had my baby with me. The worker politely offered to grab my sauces, and carry my pizzas to the car for me! He was super polite and helpful! The pizzas were great, too.

NEW HAVEN, IN IS POSSIBLY THE WORST FRANCHISE IN INDIANA.More than once, I tried to place an online order and it kept saying unable to place online orders at this time. I called in after multiple attempts and I let them know online ordering was not working. They apologized and took my order. After repeating my order, the phone muffled as if a hand was placed over the microphone. I was then told that the ovens were shut down for the night. The store hours show they are open until 10pm. It was not quite 9:30 when I called in. I was very confused as to why they would shut down their ovens so long before they close. I have worked fast food before. I WAS LIED TO MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! I hope this store is only a franchise and doesn't represent ALL Little Caesars stores.

Doesn’t deserve a star…did online order… online says they close at 10pm….it was 830…few minutes later phone rings and it’s the manager Brittany…stating she is voiding our order cuz the ovens automatically shut off at 830 cuz they close at 9pm…they may close at 9 and google is wrong and that is fine however we called another little Caesar’s about the oven thing…they do NOT automatically shut off… lol ? will be reporting this to the higher ups… young people just don’t want to work no more and it’s so sad!!

Usually I'm fine if staff give a little attitude but you don't have to be totally rude and disrespectful. I walked in and she greeted me without even looking at me to worried about her phone asks me what I want to order and as I start to order tells me to hold on and has me wait for a minute doesn't even do anything but stands there then continues to give a very monotone I don't care attitude towards me. Like I just got off of working a 9 hour shift myself I understand your tired but I was still trying to give a positive attitude and not be rushy the least you can do is give a little respect or act nice at least. Food is not bad for what it is I've noticed they have their good and their bad days just as everyone else they are human and the area was just not clean had trash on the floor crumbs all over doesn't look like it's been swept all day. I don't know who this lady was though I think she's a manager but everyone else that's here is walking around with a smile and a semi positive attitude at least
