Order was ready in the 5 minute window. 1 customer came in for hot and ready but none available while I waited (arrived a few mons before my pickup window) Probably a busy day as other visits hot and ready was available. Atmosphere 3 of 5 as Noone asked if they could help me. A smile or you here for pick up? Name? Let me check.. yea he's almost done with it. Overall we will come back. Great value (price for what you get)

The pizza and breadsticks with sauce were undercooked. If I have to finish cooked the food that you served then you have failed. The store was dirty. Floors and counters were dirty. Your only saving grace was speed. Speed would have meant more if everything else was right. I'll never waste my money here again.

I came with my brother for “Hot & Ready” pizza for cheap, but they only had one guy staffed at the time. There were many people who were waiting for food. We should’ve just left but we had already paid and he said that it would be 7 mins. We waited for nearly an hour before we got our food. It is bad if only one person actually shows up to work and the only one who shows up isn’t doing that great. I’m sure it isn’t always like this, but this place has left a bad taste in my mouth (not only because of the understaffing, but because of the poor quality food).

Was grabbing 4 pizzas for the family for dinner, and had my baby with me. The worker politely offered to grab my sauces, and carry my pizzas to the car for me! He was super polite and helpful! The pizzas were great, too.

The Pizza was a little under cooked and not loaded with pepperoni like advertised.
The food here is no good (like every other Little Ceases), service and restaurant was clean and well maintained. Wings are tiny with very little meat for the price, pizza has too much sauce and is generally greasy and flavorless.

NEW HAVEN, IN IS POSSIBLY THE WORST FRANCHISE IN INDIANA.More than once, I tried to place an online order and it kept saying unable to place online orders at this time. I called in after multiple attempts and I let them know online ordering was not working. They apologized and took my order. After repeating my order, the phone muffled as if a hand was placed over the microphone. I was then told that the ovens were shut down for the night. The store hours show they are open until 10pm. It was not quite 9:30 when I called in. I was very confused as to why they would shut down their ovens so long before they close. I have worked fast food before. I WAS LIED TO MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! I hope this store is only a franchise and doesn't represent ALL Little Caesars stores.
