Placed a order on the app, the money was took. I went to pick up the food with the receipt & the people at the McDonalds said they could not give me my food because it still showed a balanced was owed even though you can’t place a order with out paying. Horrible service & communication.

Normally its fine, people are nice. Love getting adonis he is super nice and good at his job however when i go through the drive thru in the morning the lady who hands me my food is always extremely rude and i ALWAYS get shorted my drink. I always get charged for a drink that dosnt show up on the ticket. If you can advoid the drive thru or this location in general

Don’t come here if you are in a hurry or want your order right. I’ve been sitting here for 20 mins waiting in my food. I’ve seeen people go to the counter and get a refund because of the extremely long wait. Seems there care more about the drive through then the people who came inside. Definitely not like the old McDonald’s.

The wait time is ridiculous and they have plenty of staff and even on a mobile order which should be faster it was still very slow I don’t recommend this place for breakfast or speedy service

This is probably just a general review but it's very messed up that even though you just placed your order the app will not let you cancel your food because it says they've already started making it even though I've been here for 10 minutes waiting on it 🤦

This location always has 20 workers. But no one is ever working. Always have to pull to a spot when going through drive thru and wait 15 minutes. Waiting as I write this. Will not return to this location again.

Im a regular and they are always so nice to me and even make it a point to know my dogs name. Sometimes they give him a treat. Its hard to find good, sincere service anymore and this location has it.

It's ok. French fries are crispy, and the Carmel cappuccinos are delicious. That's about it though. Not the best, could be worse, the only thing they forgot this time was the sauce for my kids happy meals.
We get the same quality food and service at every location of McDonald's we go to in the greater Fort Wayne area, so there's at least a consistency.
The inside is always dirty, the floors are always sticky, bathrooms are never clean. We've never once left a location with all of the items we asked for.
Service gets an extra start because 70% of the time, the people are understanding.
I'll be happy the day my children don't want McDonald's anymore.
