Came in with my crew, one ordered out in the lot via the app, the rest came in and ordered on the Kiosk. 3 was able to get orders done. The rest was told that they could not place any order, and that the order done ahead of time by app was cancelled. Leaving two w/o food. McDonald employees said it was an emergency, and would not take the other two orders. Not much customer service at this time, how much more time would it have taken the other two orders since we had to wait for the 3 orders. If it was such an emergency LOCK YOUR DOORS! We only have so much time for our breaks….we will definitely not be going back with so many other choices.

So as a VERY LOYAL customer I have to say I have had the worst service tonight. My husband and I stopped in to pick up dinner on the way home, we placed our order and waited not to long for it but I checked our order to make sure it was prepaid currently. We'll two out of 6 was not right so I simply asked for them two remade the young woman asked me how was they to be made so I told her, she took the two and walked back to have them remade. So now as our other food is now getting cold as we wait for them to make the others right is not right, so the young woman come back with a bag and two burgers and said here you go. I didn't look at them given they already had to be remade. So now I get home I am getting the food out to give to my kids and I promise you if she didn't give me the two burgers back, not only did I get the same one back but they thought it was OK to just wipe the ketchup off of one of them and tried to wipe the onion off the other one and wrapped them in the same paper and gave them back to me. So at this point I am really mad, I now get the two burgers and drive back to McDonald's and I walk in and the young girl looks at me and the manager I want to say his name is Dustin said oh no did you mess there food up kinda playing around, I said look at this point I am now very mad I said I said not only did I have to have them remake my food but she gave me the same food back and tried to fix it by wiping the ketchup off of one and then then tried to wipe the onions off the other one and gave them back to me like really how do you do this? The young woman said IDK ask him, So I looked at him and said how do you do this? You mess it up i get it we are human and went to fix it so now you made it gave it to me I looked at it ,it's not right, I give it back to you to REMAKE, it and you touch it trying to wipe stuff off of them and then have the audacity to give it back to me to eat? So I tell Dustin, so not only this big mistake but now mine and my husband's food is setting at home now cold. He said I sorry, he asked how the two burgers where to be made and had them remake them, he brought me the two they had to fix and said do you want to check them, I said again, but do you see how aggravating this is now our food is cold, he said I do I'm sorry, that was it. I'm not one trying to get something free, but one i want what I paid for and how I order it without eight different hands on it. I can honestly say i am very unhappy with the whole situation, and for miss Mariah standing there laughing at the situation with your young woman who was playing manager or lead crew leader is not acceptable to me. They gave me a broken cup and put a 2nd cup in side that was broken too and they gave my mom the wrong drink.The food was okay in till my boyfriend had to go to the bathroom all day long cause of the fries.So if you anyone wants to go here and get a broken cup and bad fries you can I’m just trying to save you guys some money and trips.

I wanted to speak to the worker who took my order but was told by the manger, he was busy. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was given the rest of my order in a non-professional way. I’ve seen dirty Mac Donald’s, but that one took the cake! My goodness! That place was disgustingly repulsive. I was famished, so I decided to get some fries anyway, only to find out that their bathrooms are locked, so I couldn’t even wash my hands to eat the fries, I just had to get out of their. The floors were dirty and sticky, customer services were rude and they look like they just rolled out of bed in the middle of the afternoon, and the atmosphere were unwelcoming! I feel like I need to shower just thinking about this place, to write this review… Do yourself a favor, don’t go there!

The food is usually not bad and we usually have a good experience we've just constantly had to deal with one of the managers there named Carrol who constantly gives attitude towards customers and is just not a nice person she will raise her voice and she will give dirty looks and a horrible attitude no matter the circumstances. You can order a drink and she will give you attitude you could need help with something and she will give you attitude I've been given an attitude from her and I've witnessed many customers get an attitude from her as well. Everyone else I've dealt with at this location is usually nice and helpful and we all have our off days but whenever we deal with this specific person for months and it never changes it's ridiculous. She should not deal with customers if she is going to be like this. And thank you to all the other managers and employees who actually can do their job with a smile and give good service I'm sorry you have to deal with this.
