I love Mexican food, but the service here is really bad. Had to get up and ask for chips and salsa... no salt on the table... so not to bother anyone again I took one off another table to find out it was empty! no one comes by to check on your water situation... the food? Find the salt!! Bland is the best description. The beef is not seasoned, the tamale was mediocre the rice and beans mundane. Growing on Mexican food made this regret my nationality. On a positive note, my mom was happy with her dish. She had the pork of some sort.

I would not recommend unless you are in the area and starving. Multiple times I have went the service was horrible and they really aren’t ever too busy. The food is about the same as every TexMex place around.

Went for lunch and it was great. The only complaint I have is that the menus were dirty they had food on them not one but two of them. So please clean your menus at the end of your shifts.A dirty menu is not worth losing business for great good.

They gave me the wrong carry out order. I called to let them know I'd be coming to exchange for my order please have ready. They wouldn't make my order until I got all the way there with the wrong order. So I had to sit there and wait on my order to be made. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them. Wasted time, gas, money, and energy. Horrible customer service.

If the food wasn't so good we would NEVER return. Our server never brought our queso because she, "got too busy putting merchandise away." At another point, she answered her cell phone at our table. My order was completely wrong and she NEVER came back to check on us. We had to wait forever for her to bring our check to us. The service is what is going to ruin this location.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this place was awful..Food was good but service was the worst I’ve ever seen! Waited ten minutes for a table and there was only 2 tables with people at them.. Then waited way to long for an order from the lunch menu. Also, never got a refill on my drink. Lastly, when I was done I had to go find someone to cash me out.I’ll never go back to this location. Was excited to go because I love the other location.. highly disappointed!

My family and I never go out often so when we do we get excited. We love the Mi Pueblo on Jefferson so we were excited to check out the one closer to home. The Restaurant was beautiful, the food was delicious. However, our service was awful. She literally took our order and we never saw her again til it was time for check. We never got our queso and our drinks never got filled. It seemed like everyone was being served but us. And when I said to the server we never got our queso so could you not charge us for it.. She let out a pathetic oh sorry.... Needless to say we aren't going to go back to that location. I understand that they were short staffed too... I get it. I was a server for 9 years, but i would at least try to take care of everyone to the best of my ability, and if I couldn't I would apologize.. Sincerely.

Our group of 7 had lunch there a few days after Christmas. The food was fantastic! The chips were especially good; they make their own every day, so they were fresh. One of our party is a vegetarian, so it was nice to see a vegetarian section in the menu. Our server was very friendly and helpful. They don't have a bean & cheese dip on the menu, but they made it for me when I asked. The service may have been a little slow, but we were in no hurry, so it was fine.
