The Manager Joel is very rude and so is the side kick I don't appreciate being talked down upon like it was my fault they delivered to the wrong place they had me waiting almost 2 hours for food I never had gotten and if I didnkeep checking up on it I would have never found out.I will be calling corporate because they need a attitude adjustments.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, an hour later we called and they said they voided my order due to fraud. Yet they took my card info and charged me. Paid a delivery fee and a tip, just for them to use my card and delivered no food and hung up when I called. This store is horrible, they've delivered before and had sent it to the wrong address. 2 strikes their out. Trash this place as a choice

I ordered 2 Shaq-a-roni pizzas and there was no sauce. I called to complain because I’m spending $49 and I want quality food. The man who answered the phone said for me to pretty much have a real portion of sauce I have to order extra sauce. I called 5/1/25 at 8pm. The man who answered was not helpful at all and was just talking in circles.

I always order from here, never disappointed, except on 9/19/24 when I ordered 2 orders of wings well done, never had an issue. So I got home from picking my order up and they were burnt and very dry with little sauce, I called talked with Pam she said I could either have a refund or have them made another day, so I said another day would be fine I was headed back out for work and didn’t have time. So I placed and online order tonight 9/23/24 then called to have my wings replaced, they guy who answered the phone said he was the only one working and was doing any orders except online and that he should not have even answered the phone, i said ok well I did place and online order and want my wings with it, so then he says something about me adding for to his list of orders he’s already struggling with, i said I was sorry and even said he could take his time with mine I wasn’t in a rush, he then ask me a few questions then says I wasn’t listed anywhere in quality control to have anything remade, then tells me I have to wait and talk with Pam again. Honestly I feel like he just didn’t want to remake my food because he was already busy. Picture of the wings that were barely edible. Update picked up my Pepperoni pizza and cheeses bread, cheese bread was fine pizza was burrrrrntttt! I took it back in and told the guy I didn’t want burnt food AGAIN! He’s remaking it now. I didn’t get a pic of it because I went back in too fast to even think to take a pic. Now I gotta wait 10mims and my cheese bread is going to be cold by the time I get home. He did bring my pizza out to me when it was ready.
UPDATE- I called back to speak with Pam about this ordeal. She apologized replaced my whole order. I told her I’d also like to add some cheesy bread that I’d pay for and she told me no that she was going to throw those in with my order at no cost, and again apologized for what happend. I understand things happen sometimes, it’s good costumer service like this to fix and make it right. I’ve been back a few times since. ?

Amazing service, especially. We ordered a pizza around 10 p.m., and it was ready super quick. However, once the pizza got picked up by the door dash driver that Papa johns uses, it took them a minute to get over to the area we live in, which is super close. However, the driver continued to go by our house and stop down the street, and then we never got our pizza. The driver canceled the order. On no fault of papa johns. However that night the order after we called and talked to an amazing employee we got our money back and then the employee told us to call or stop by the next day and talk to a manager and then the manager added a free pizza to my account. Thank you, Papa johns, and thank you to all the people who made our order right. Also the pizza was really, really good!!! ?

I highly recommend this location and I must admit that Krista the manager is phenomenal, besides the staff, Krista was very courteous, explanatory and compassionate about my order . I will definitely order from this papa John’s again .
