I almost always pick up some carry out on my lunch break and I've never been late coming back to work. I've rarely had to wait more then a couple minutes. The food is always fresh and hot as well. The points you get for every order are redeemable and I always get free bread sticks. Best part really is the drive thru window so you don't even have to go in.
Not about the store, but negative 10 for the app. I'll go elsewhere

Best Pizza Hut location in the country. They are always nice to you and somehow cook their pizzas just better than any other location. We’ve been going since the pizza reading coupons lol
I initially left a 5-star review but had to come back because I may have eaten raw chicken. Looked a little under done, took a bite, immediate regret. The texture & flavor was off. Kind of nauseous now.
About 6 weeks ago we ordered carry out. We saw mushrooms on the pizza ( we didn't order them ) making the pizza un eatable due to be allergic. I called and talked to the manager and they credited my account, which was perfect! When I went to use that credit today they said it was no longer on my account. Spoke the a manager and all they did was give me attitude. Our daughter was born a few days ago and I figured I'd use it up and save some money and time. Being a new resident in new haven I'll never go back there. It was disappointing. So if you want to get wrong toppings on your pizza and get a " fake credit " go there, if not go somewhere else where they'll treat you better.
we were so excited to visit this location and talked about how much we would, until we went there tonight. our waitress was fantastic, she did an amazing job. the food was great as well. but the atmosphere was terrible. restaurant was full of teenagers that werent even eating, they were just hanging out..yelling, cussing, and causing commotion the entire time. we wanted to leave before our food was even done. i couldn’t even hear myself think when i was trying to tell the waitress my order. the workers all seemed to be ok with it, i was informed it happens often. we won’t be returning to this location.

One star was on first food delivered, Ordered taco pizza, to be delivered, delivery was great but pizza not so great, they apparently ran out of roma tomatoes so they used cherry tomatoes, lettuce and the tomatoes are usually put on after pizza is baked, not this one they baked the lettuce and tomotoe too, eating warm wilted lettuce, warm squishy tomotoes, definitely not good. Contacted manager next day he made it right, Thank you 5 stars on service for manager!!
