If you’re like me, you find yourself wishing there were more bonafide Italian food experiences attached to gas stations. Well, the visionaries in New Haven Indiana have heard the whispers of our hearts. Please, drive here at your earliest convenience
2nd visit 3 weeks later! We just came back to Indiana and because we were in New Haven 3 weeks after our first experience with Salvatori's we decided to try them again! Very pleasantly surprised, the service and food were EXCELLENT AGAIN!! I had spinach ravioli again....WONDERFUL! Hubby had Beef Ravioli. Perfect! Sauce was wonderful, filling excellent. We split a huge Blackened Salmon Caesar salad.The best Caesar salad with a perfectly cooked spicy blackened piece of salmon....
Food was excellent. Service was good - wait staff asked a couple of times how everything was which irked the Mrs. slightly. Atmosphere was not good - dinig area is small, ergo very loud when even half full.
