If you arrive when they first open, they will not feel like making you a sandwich so they’ll just hide and ignore you. They open at nine, but don’t go there till about 9:30 then you’ll be helped

I never received my food from the door dash order and subway won't answer their phone still 3 days later. My door dashers phone was off and couldn't get ahold of them

The absolute slowest Subway. Lived in the area 3years and they have never had an online order ready before we showed up. The drive through is painfully long. We always choose to go across the street to Arby's or run into Dollar General if we don't order ahead. I'm writing this live as we wait. And we have now waited 17minutes past our pickup time.

The poor workers seemed Very overwhelmed.

Food is standard Subway food, no complaints on the sandwich or skimping on ingredients.

I once worked here, about 3 years ago now. The district manager at the time refused to have more then 10 knives, using the same ones for hours at a time without cleaning them, she once asked me to serve a cold cut meat that had started to brown and harden, they do not clean and sanitize equipment between prepping food items. They also have a tendency to use bread mats that still contain food contaminants from being washed in dirty water because they do not adhere to proper sanitation methods. Tea is only good for about 3 to 4 hours, they use the same tea for the entire 16 hours they are open. Instead of making the bread thru the shift, they make all bread first thing in the morning, cookies too, it then sits outside a sealed storage for that length of time and then whatever's left they serve the next day. Only throwing it out once it's reached 28 hours age total. I literally quit because I did not want to be associated with such poor health standards. On top of that, district manager employed her direct family and allowed them to behave however they would like, from wrestling in the backrooms to leaving property with customers to go eat across the street, showing up hours late and causing issues with my scheduling in an attempt to maintain store coverage. They even allowed their own mother in law who was approaching retirement age to have to come in at 8 at night to help close and then have to open the next day in order to cover her own kids and not once were they written up. I felt sorry for the other high school students who were working well over allotted times to help cover shifts as well, risking their own jobs and fines for the business. Just to supplement her own household incomes.

When I pulled into the drive up I was the only car and after waiting about 10 mins someone came on the intercom and said “we will be with you shortly” I replied with “thank you, no problem”… well then 10 mins passed, multiple cars now in line and I didn’t hear anything. When I spoke up and asked if it would be easier if I came inside I was told over the intercom “no we are heading in now” and I head a car door lock. So while I waited there for now 15 mins my Sub “artist” was out enjoying his/her time doing who knows what. The only good thing was my sandwich was 4/5… but I won’t ever go back.

It's 7:30 on a Fri, came to order a foot long meatball subs for my family. They're out. Switch to chicken teriyaki - out of that, too. Switch to a monster (an $18 sandwich). Add garden salsa chips, nope, out of that too. They ask and repeat back all the selections through the order. $55 for 2 ft long and 1 6 inch sandwich Get home and what kind of sandwiches do I have? Turkey sandwiches. Not the $18 steak sandwiches that took 15 minutes to get through the process of being asked 10 questions and repeated the answers to me, turkey.I wish I could say this was the first time our orders have been screwed up. It isn't , it's not even the 5th time.The overall apathetic attitude by the employees makes it even more frustrating to patron here. We've attempted to order online to avoid these types of hassles so we can still support our local franchise owners, but, the online ordering platform doesn't work either.This location is the absolute worst food industry place to deal with, in the whole surrounding city areas. Just once it would be nice to go through the drive through, it be expedient and CORRECT.

Yesterday afternoon my husband, son and I came here to grab a few sandwiches. The male who was putting the vegetables had a very rude and snarky demeanor. We politely asked if we were able to use the veggies that looked a lot fresher (right next to the ones he was trying to put on our sandwiches) on our sandwiches as the ones he were using were old, yellow and looked ridiculously dead. His denied our request and said "Man I am letting you know right now those ones were prepped the same time I made these ones. I don't know, they are fine."We will not be coming back.

Worst place to get food! Food mixed in with other food, vinegar and mayo on area where food is prepared! Staff not friendly at all! Talk to some young kid who said he was a manager and was very rude and hung up as we were explaining our issue!Need to hire new people who have respect for their job and the customer! No stars for this place!!!!Had to put a star to post
