If I could rate lower I would. I stopped going to this subway because of the employees being rude and their food was always terrible. BUT today I had to go here for the convenience...wouldn't you know it I regret my decision and will absolutely NOT be coming back. When I first ordered the two female employees greeted me and were trying to be helpful but were working on online orders so I was being very patient and understanding. Then the male employee that helped me out was not wearing anything to stop his hair from falling in to my food. My husband wanted the meat amd cheese warmed up and not toasted so when I asked him to do that he reacted with a sigh of inconvenience like I asked him to solve world hunger. This continues with everything I asked. Then the register froze and instead of trying to figure out the issue he stormed off leaving me there waiting to pay for my food. I will not be back and will continue to take my business to the subway on maplecrest and state street because they always have great service and quality. I just threw away 30.00 because my food almost made my husband and I throw up.

Ordered an all American sub and I went and picked it up and i only have 30 minutes and its a 10 min drive there so I got back opened it up and it was a chicken sandwich with all the things I dont like on it and I dont like that chunk chicken so I couldn't even eat and had to finish work. I emailed them and the district manager messaged me back saying she would give me 20% off on my next order and wont respond back after I said that wasn't enough

Condy and julie are VERY RUDE i will never make this a truck stop my boyfriend and i use. This was the WORST customer service i have ever had. Attitude when they are helping you AT THEIR JOB is crazy to me.

Every time I go to this subway the service is awful. I ordered on toasted flat bread and one cold sub. They put them in the same bag and when I asked why they were in the same bag all the employee said was ‘Well I didn’t make them” instead of just putting them in separate bags. I just took my food and walked out. This is not how you take care of customers. I wish this corporation would descend on this location and retrain their people on how to properly treat customers.

First id like to start by saying they made my sandwhich, then lost it.( yes they really lost my sandwhich) Had to remake it, asked me 3 different times what kind of sandwhich it was. It was than remade WRONG and with one tiny smear of tuna. Wasnt aware that a footlong only comes with one scoop of tuna in the middle. Both halves of my footlong had absolutely no tuna on one side. Guess were just paying for bread and veggies now. Very dissapointed.

If you arrive when they first open, they will not feel like making you a sandwich so they’ll just hide and ignore you. They open at nine, but don’t go there till about 9:30 then you’ll be helped

I never received my food from the door dash order and subway won't answer their phone still 3 days later. My door dashers phone was off and couldn't get ahold of them
The absolute slowest Subway. Lived in the area 3years and they have never had an online order ready before we showed up. The drive through is painfully long. We always choose to go across the street to Arby's or run into Dollar General if we don't order ahead. I'm writing this live as we wait. And we have now waited 17minutes past our pickup time.
The poor workers seemed Very overwhelmed.
Food is standard Subway food, no complaints on the sandwich or skimping on ingredients.

I once worked here, about 3 years ago now. The district manager at the time refused to have more then 10 knives, using the same ones for hours at a time without cleaning them, she once asked me to serve a cold cut meat that had started to brown and harden, they do not clean and sanitize equipment between prepping food items. They also have a tendency to use bread mats that still contain food contaminants from being washed in dirty water because they do not adhere to proper sanitation methods. Tea is only good for about 3 to 4 hours, they use the same tea for the entire 16 hours they are open. Instead of making the bread thru the shift, they make all bread first thing in the morning, cookies too, it then sits outside a sealed storage for that length of time and then whatever's left they serve the next day. Only throwing it out once it's reached 28 hours age total. I literally quit because I did not want to be associated with such poor health standards. On top of that, district manager employed her direct family and allowed them to behave however they would like, from wrestling in the backrooms to leaving property with customers to go eat across the street, showing up hours late and causing issues with my scheduling in an attempt to maintain store coverage. They even allowed their own mother in law who was approaching retirement age to have to come in at 8 at night to help close and then have to open the next day in order to cover her own kids and not once were they written up. I felt sorry for the other high school students who were working well over allotted times to help cover shifts as well, risking their own jobs and fines for the business. Just to supplement her own household incomes.
