The bread is terrible. She did not even ask what cheese I wanted. And it has absolutely no flavor. This wasn’t worth the price. There was about only one nice employee there. I’m never choosing this location again that’s for sure. She also used the wrong chicken I didn’t ask for this shredded chicken.

First off no chicken at all. The sandwich artist said this was because the manager sucks and they didn't order enough. The manager could also be heard screaming loudly from the back room for reasons nobody really understood. Like loud blood curdling screams which we were told is normal and happens all the time. The sandwich artist proceeded to start cussing at them and telling them to be quiet or close the door. Luckily the subs were actually good cause this might have been the most awkward experience I've ever had trying to just order a sandwich. Very unprofessional from start to finish.
Kid-friendliness: I dont know If they speak like that with kids around but I would have spoken up if they did.

Super slow service. One slow person working the line while the others talk and prep. Instead of helping get the line down they just keep about their task. The person working the line can’t multitask.
We had over 20 people in our group, they served us willingly, and made all our food accurately and expertly!
